Purpose: This study aimed to evaluate the effects of repeated low-level red light (RLRL) therapy in intervening in the progression of myopia in children.

Methods: We searched PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, and CNKI databases for relevant studies published from the inception of the databases to 30 April 2025. Subsequently, studies were screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and basic information and outcome data of the included studies were recorded.

Identification and characterization of novel α-glucosidase inhibitory peptides from sweet potato protein through heating combined with high hydrostatic pressure-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis.

Sweet potato, the fifth largest food crop in China, is widely utilized for starch production. This study aimed to prepare and identify α-glucosidase inhibitory peptides from sweet potato protein and evaluate their stability, inhibitory kinetics and in vivo effects. The results indicated that alcalase was the optimal protease, the combination of heating and high hydrostatic pressure was the most effective pretreatment, and the optimal enzymatic conditions were determined.

However, how locusts reconcile these two conflicting olfactory signals while aggregating is not yet understood. Our study addresses this by examining the release dynamics of the two signals, their behavioral effects, and the neural mechanisms underlying their perception.

The prospective Neurologic Sequelae of iTTP (NeST) study evaluated the natural history of SCI (by brain MRI) during clinical remission and its association with stroke risk and cognitive impairment, measured by the NIH Toolbox Cognition Battery. Camrelizumab, an Anti-PD-1 Monoclonal Antibody, Plus Carboplatin and Nab-Paclitaxel as First-Line Setting for Extensive-Stage Small-Cell Lung Cancer: A Phase 2 Trial and Biomarker Analysis.

This study aimed to investigate the efficacy, safety, and predictors of camrelizumab combined with carboplatin and nab-paclitaxel as first-line setting for patients with extensive-stage small-cell lung cancer (ES-SCLC). Camrelizumab plus carboplatin and nab-paclitaxel were administrated every 3 weeks for four to six cycles, followed by maintenance camrelizumab until intolerable toxicity or disease progression. The primary endpoint was 6-month progression-free survival (PFS) rate and secondary endpoints were objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), PFS, overall survival (OS), and safety.
