This paper studies the tracking control of surface vessel systems with unknown disturbances and deferred full state constraints, employing a continuous controller and a dynamic event-triggered controller, respectively. To ensure the tracking performance while accommodating deferred full state constraints, a continuous controller with a nonnegative time-varying gain is constructed. By adjusting the value of nonnegative time-varying gain (i.

Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains a leading cause of mortality and disability globally. Various cardiovascular diseases are often associated with ion dyshomeostasis within and outside cardiomyocytes, such as sodium ions, calcium ions and potassium ions. Calcium ions (Ca) not only participate in the contractile activity of cardiomyocytes and smooth muscle cells, but also participate in the tricarboxylic acid cycle as a cellular energy source, and act as a second messengers during many biological processes.

Metal-organic framework (MOF) materials are emerging photocatalysts with potential tunable light absorption properties. Herein, we report a rhenium (Re) modified Zr-based MOF, Re10-MFM-67, in which active Re sites are incorporated into MFM-67 by partial replacement of 9,9'-bianthracene-10,10'-dicarboxylic acid (HL) with a [(HL)Re(CO)Cl] (HL = 2,2'-bipyridine-5,5'-dicarboxylic acid) moiety.

Methods: This study retrospectively evaluated 397 ESCC patients across two centers. The cumulative incidence of recurrence (CIR) and the incidence of tumor-related death (CID) were analyzed in various groups.
Background: Ground-glass opacity (GGO) on computed tomography (CT) has been suggested as a potential prognostic factor in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), but its significance in patients with pathological stage IA3 LUAD, particularly in relation to micropapillary (MIP) status, remains unclear. This study addresses the clinical need to stratify patients based on GGO and MIP status to optimize prognosis prediction and follow-up strategies.
Methods: A multicenter retrospective study was conducted on 411 patients with pathological stage IA3 LUAD, enrolled between July 2012 and July 2020.

The methanol-to-olefins (MTO) process has the potential to bridge future gaps in the supply of sustainable lower olefins. Promoting the selectivity of propylene and ethylene and revealing the catalytic role of active sites are challenging goals in MTO reactions. Here, we report a novel heteroatomic silicoaluminophosphate (SAPO) zeolite, SAPO-34-Ta, which incorporates active tantalum(V) sites within the framework to afford an optimal distribution of acidity.

Methods: This retrospective study analyzed 442 patients with locally advanced ESCC who underwent MIE, investigating the relationship between SPCs and survival based on preoperative immunonutritional status, determined by the prognostic nutritional index (PNI). Nomograms were developed for patients with preserved immunonutritional status using Cox regression, and their performance was assessed.

CO_{2} adsorption by Li_{4}SiO_{4} has garnered significant attention for its potential in effectively capturing CO_{2}. The slow diffusion-controlled reaction within the product layer is a key factor affecting CO_{2} adsorption. However, no research has been conducted to study the diffusion mechanism.

However, there remains a significant need for highly efficient catalysts that selectively target the Csp-O bond in the furan ring, as well as for a deeper understanding of the fundamental atomistic mechanisms behind these reactions. In this study, we present the use of Pt-Fe bimetallic catalysts supported on layered double hydroxides [PtFe /LDH] for the hydrogenolysis of furanic compounds into aliphatic alcohols, achieving over 90% selectivity toward diols and triols.

Purpose: To assess the associations of muscle strength, measure by grip strength and relative grip strength (grip strength divided by body weight), on the allostatic load (AL) index in adolescent boys and girls.
Methods: A total of 1,323 students were recruited (boys = 776, girls = 547). Data on general demographic characteristics, anthropometric indicators, grip strength, blood pressure, pulse rate, and biological samples were collected.

Objective: This study aimed to systematically review epidemiological evidence on associations between screen time exposure and myopia in children and adolescents, and to quantitatively evaluate summary effect estimates from existing literature.
Method: There were three online databases including PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science, for epidemiological studies on screen time exposure and myopia published before June 1, 2023. The risk of bias was assessed by the Newcastle Ottawa Scale (NOS) checklist.
Purpose: To assess the prognostic value of three novel biomarkers, DNA ploidy, stroma-tumor fraction, and nucleotyping, seeking for more accurate stratification in stage II colon cancer.
Methods: A total of 417 patients with complete follow up information were enrolled in this study and divided into three clinical risk groups. IHC was performed to examine MSI status.
Background: Postpartum hypogalactia (PH) is prominent during lactation and may negatively impact the mother's or infant's health. Acupuncture is widely used to increase maternal breast milk production. However, the effects of acupuncture on PH remain unclear.

This study aimed to clarify the clinical significance of guanine nucleotide-binding protein like 3-like (GNL3L) protein expression in ESCC and its role in malignant progression.
Methods: GNL3L expression and associated cancer-promoting pathways in ESCC were interrogated via bioinformatics analysis through use of The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) database.
Optimization of active sites and stability under irradiation are important targets for sorbent materials that might be used for iodine (I) storage. -methyladenosine (mA) is essential for RNA metabolism in cells. The YTH domain, conserved in the kingdom of Eukaryotes, acts as an mA reader that binds mA-containing RNA. In plants, the YTH domain is involved in plant hormone signaling, stress response regulation, RNA stability, translation, and differentiation.

Integrated CO capture and utilization (ICCU) via the reverse water-gas shift (RWGS) reaction offers a particularly promising route for converting diluted CO into CO using renewable H. Current ICCU-RWGS processes typically involve a gas-gas catalytic reaction whose efficiency is inherently limited by the Le Chatelier principle and side reactions. Here, we show a highly efficient ICCU process based on gas-solid carbonate hydrogenation using K promoted CaO (K-CaO) as a dual functional sorbent and catalyst.
