Polythiophene-based nanoparticles (PTNPs), a prominent class of conjugated polymer nanoparticles (CPNs) with remarkable optical and electronic properties, have gained significant attention in applications such as electronics and bioimaging. However, current methods in generating PTNPs have run into obstacles including low variety of morphologies, poor reproducibility, and low preparation efficiency, restricting their further application. In this study, we report a facile and efficient fabrication strategy based on template synthesis method.

Background: Diabetes and obesity are established risk factors for heart failure(HF). Although the TyG (triglyceride-glucose) index serves as a sensitive marker for identifying insulin resistance, there is a lack of comprehensive evidence regarding whether its integration with obesity indices can enhance the predictive capacity for HF. This prospective cohort study is designed to explore the correlation between TyG indices in conjunction with obesity indices (TyG-body mass index, or TyG-BMI; TyG-waist circumference, or TyG-WC; TyG-waist circumference-to-height ratio, or TyG-WHtR) and the risk of HF.

Therefore, we proposed a meta-Susceptible-Exposed-Infectious-Recovered-Susceptible (SEIRS) model by adding a time-varying SARS-CoV-2 reinfection rate to the transmission dynamics model to more accurately characterize the changes in the number of infected persons.
