This study adopted a three-dimensional "effect-dose-mechanism" evaluation system to screen the optimal regimen of Yuxuebi Tablets(YXB) combined with ibuprofen(IBU) for chronic musculoskeletal pain(CMP) intervention and elucidate its pharmacological mechanism, so as to provide a scientific basis for the clinical application of the regimen. The experiments were conducted using 8-week-old ICR mice, which were randomly divided into sham operation(sham) group, model(CFA) group, IBU group, YXB group, stasis paralysis tablets combined with ibuprofen low-dose group(IBU-L-YXB), stasis paralysis combined with ibuprofen high-dose group(IBU-H-YXB), stasis paralysis tablets combined with ibuprofen high-dose with ibuprofen discontinuation on the 10th day of administration(IBU-10-YXB), and stasis paralysis tablets combined with ibuprofen high-dose with ibuprofen halving on the 10th day of administration(IBU-1/2-YXB) group. An animal model was established using the CFA plantar injection method.

Contrilic acid A (1), a hexasaccharide glycosidic acid with a 3S,11S-dihydroxytetradecanoic acid as the aglycone, was isolated from Convolvulus tricolor, while a tetrasaccharide ipomofic acid A (2) and pentasaccharide operculinic acid A (3) were obtained from Ipomoea biflora, and were identified to possess a 11S-hydroxyhexadecanoic acid as the aglycone. Their structures were thoroughly established by the spectroscopic data and chemical evidences.

Although oxidative stress, DNA damage, and inflammation are associated with AAD, the precise interplay among these responses has remained unclear. In this study, aortas from mouse AD models were subjected to integrative ATAC-seq and RNA-seq analysis.

Resin glycosides, the characteristic constituents of family Convolvulaceae, are a kind of new and complex glycolipids with diversified biological activities. In the present study, the ethanolic extract of Convolvulus tricolor seeds were purified by various separation methods, leading to the isolation of seven new resin glycosides (1-7). Their structures were established as glycosidic acids methyl esters by extensive spectroscopic analyses and chemical evidences, and were considered to be generated via methyl esterification of natural resin glycosides during the NH silica gel chromatography.

Objective: Circulating non-esterified fatty acids (NEFAs) are linked to endothelial dysfunction and coronary artery disease (CAD) mainly in older adults. This study examines the association between NEFAs and acute coronary syndrome (ACS) risk in young Chinese individuals.
Method: Of the 1264 young ACS patients and 1072 age-matched controls aged 55 years or younger assessed, 1108 ACS patients and 979 controls were found eligible.
A total of eight previously undescribed pentasaccharide resin glycosides, named ipomofins I-VIII (1-8), along with five known ones (9-13), were isolated from the whole plants of Ipomoea biflora. Their structural elucidation was achieved through a comprehensive application of spectroscopic and chemical techniques. All these resin glycosides were characterized as partially acylated pentasaccharides, originating from operculinic acids A or D, containing l-rhamnose, d-glucose, d-xylose or d-fucose units, and 11S-hydroxyhexadecanoic acid serving as the aglycone.

In order to investigate whether the effect of Yuxuebi Tablets on the peripheral and central inflammation resolution of mice with inflammatory pain is related to their regulation of G protein-coupled receptor 37(GPR37), an inflammatory pain model was established by injecting complete Freund's adjuvant(CFA) into the paws of mice, with a sham-operated group receiving a similar volume of normal saline. The mice were assigned randomly to the sham-operated group, model group, ibuprofen group(91 mg·kg~(-1)), and low-, medium-, and high-dose groups of Yuxuebi Tablets(60, 120, and 240 mg·kg~(-1)). The drug was administered orally from days 1 to 19 after modeling.

Ten new resin glycosides, controlins I-X (-), were isolated from the seeds of . Their structures were established by spectroscopic analysis as well as by chemical means. Compounds were identified as glycosidic acid methyl esters, considered as artifacts generated via transesterification with MeOH from natural resin glycosides.

This study aims to clarify the effects of dihydroartemisinin(DHA) combined with pregabalin(PGB) on neuropathic pain(NP) in mice and explore the neuroinflammatory regulatory mechanism. NP mice model was established using spinal nerve ligation, whereas the sham group exposed the spinal nerve without ligation. The mice were randomly divided into sham group, model group, PGB groups of low, medium, and high doses(PGB-L, PGB-M, and PGB-H, with 22, 45, and 91 mg·kg~(-1)), DHA group(16 mg·kg~(-1)), and DHA combined with PGB groups of low, medium, and high doses(DHA + PGB-L, DHA + PGB-M, and DHA + PGB-H).

Patients And Methods: Six hundred and nineteen patients with AECOPD and 300 healthy volunteers were retrospectively included into the study. The clinical characteristics of the patients with AECOPD and the complete blood counts (CBCs) of the healthy volunteers were collected.
Chinese higher education institutions have adopted a US-style tenure track system since the 1990s. This is an important reform aimed at modernizing China's higher education system. In response, authors have begun to carry out close examination of the career system and analyse its implications in a national context (Republic of China).

To evaluate the contribution of host-guest chemistry in fluorescence enhancement under aqueous conditions, two benzo[]phenoxazine derivatives with the adamantyl group were prepared. After they formed stable complexes with methyl-β-cyclodextrin, their emissions at 625-825 nm were greatly increased and fluorescence quantum yields reached 11.5-12.

As an attempt to utilize it as a productive manner, phytochemical investigation on rice husk has performed and led to the isolation of three undescribed (1, 2, and 7), along with twelve known components (3-6, and 8-15). Those chemical structures were elucidated based on massive spectroscopic methods.

Purpose: To measure and investigate the relationship of three-dimensional gingival morphology on the labial side of the maxillary anterior teeth by using cone-beam CT(CBCT) in conjunction with a novel radiocontrast agent.
Methods: Thirty periodontal healthy subjects were enrolled. The composition of light-cured gingival barrier resin and iohexol injection was applied to the measurement area, then a positioning wire was set up, and CBCT was used to assess supracrestal gingiva tissue (SGT), gingiva thickness (GT) and width of keratinized gingiva (KGW).
The hybrid vesicle AuNP@LCCV, in which a large number of AuNPs with an average size of about 2.8 nm were densely and uniformly distributed in an isolated state throughout the corona of the unusual polymer vesicle, was prepared reduction of Au ions, which were encapsulated in advance in the unique polymer vesicle (LCCV) consisting of a hydrophobic membrane of poly(2-phenyl-2-oxazoline) and a hydrophilic loop-cluster corona of polyethyleneimine. The vesicle was formed self-assembly from a comb-like block copolymer in which a polystyrenic main chain was grafted densely with diblock polyethyleneimine--poly(2-phenyl-2-oxazoline) and acted as a reactor for the reduction of Au.
