Conventional semiconductor manufacturing relies on top-down lithography, which faces fundamental limitations in resolution, material versatility, and cost at the nanoscale. While bottom-up colloidal strategies offer alternative pathways, they are constrained by ligand contamination and insufficient precision for integrated circuits. Here a gas-phase synthesis and assembly platform is reported that overcomes these challenges by combining plasma-generated, stabilizer-free semiconductor nanoparticles (NPs) with electric-field-guided 3D nanoprinting.

This study aims to develop an enhanced YOLO algorithm to improve the ship detection performance of synthetic aperture radar (SAR) in complex marine environments. Current SAR ship detection methods face numerous challenges in complex sea conditions, including environmental interference, false detection, and multi-scale changes in detection targets. To address these issues, this study adopts a technical solution that combines multi-level feature fusion with a dynamic detection mechanism.

Methods: A total of 27 AS patients with thoracolumbar kyphoscoliosis were enrolled in the study. Patients were divided into single- and two-level osteotomy groups based on the number of osteotomy levels.
Neuraminidase (NA) is a critical target for universal influenza vaccines and therapeutic antibodies, yet its antigenic landscape remains incompletely understood. Here we identify two broadly cross-protective monoclonal antibodies, CAV-F6 and CAV-F34, from influenza-infected individuals. These antibodies inhibit NA enzymatic activity across multiple subtypes and confer protection against seasonal influenza in female mouse models.

Objectives: To investigate the current status and influencing factors of quality of life in children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes (T1DM) in Xinjiang.
Methods: A convenience sampling method was used to select 259 children with T1DM and their primary caregivers who attended three tertiary hospitals in Xinjiang from January 2023 to February 2024. The Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory Version 4.
Lipid droplets (LDs) have emerged as dynamic organelles central to plant lipid metabolism, stress adaptation, and energy homeostasis. This review synthesizes recent advances in understanding LD biogenesis and degradation in plants, highlighting conserved and divergent mechanisms relative to other eukaryotes. LD formation originates in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), where neutral lipids synthesized by diacylglycerol acyltransferases (DGAT) and phospholipid: diacylglycerol acyltransferases (PDAT) accumulate into lens-like structures.

However, little research has explored how adolescents and young adults (AYAs) with hematological malignancies and their families adapt to cancer, particularly during this critical developmental stage.
Aims: This study aims to explore how AYAs with hematological malignancies and their families experience the dynamic process of family resilience.
Androgens mainly have suppressing effects on immune function, affecting the different progression of immune diseases in males and females, but their main mechanisms are still unclear. Bibliometric methods are used to analyze relevant literature in the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database over the past decade, with a focus on key and hot topics. The results show that prostate cancer, triple negative breast cancer, and sex differences in respiratory diseases, etc.

However, mammography involves ionizing radiation and has compromised sensitivity in radiographically dense breasts, ultrasonography lacks specificity and has operator-dependent image quality, and magnetic resonance imaging faces high cost and patient exclusion. Photoacoustic computed tomography (PACT) offers a promising solution by combining light and ultrasound for high-resolution imaging that detects tumour-related vasculature changes.

As a cutting-edge field in electrocatalysis, single-atom catalysts have been widely used in ORR due to their maximum atomic utilization and tunable coordination environment. In this study, multinuclear metal clusters were selected as precursors to construct metal nanoparticles and single-atomic metal sites doped carbon materials for electrocatalytic ORR.

Purpose: Native ligand-derived peptides have significantly advanced the development of targeting ligands in radiopharmaceutical discovery and design. Herein, we report the first attempt to develop novel mesenchymal-epithelial transition factor (c-MET) targeted peptide positron emission tomography (PET) probes based on the endogenous biomolecule, hepatocyte growth factor (HGF).
Methods: Three c-MET targeted peptides were designed from the N-terminal and kringle 1 domain (NK1: 32-207 amino acid residues) of HGF.
