Protein S-palmitoylation, a dynamic and reversible post-translational modification involving the attachment of palmitate to cysteine residues, is a key regulator of protein functionality and cellular signalling. Dysregulation of this modification has emerged as a critical driver of cancer progression. Among the 23 DHHC palmitoyl transferases responsible for catalysing S-palmitoylation, aberrant expression of specific members is linked to tumorigenesis and development, underscoring their potential as promising therapeutic targets.

Results of data independent acquisition (DIA) proteomics analysis showed that there were 978 DAPs in NaCl compared to CK, and 3813, 202, and 3413 DAPs in L-Glu, glutamate receptor antagonist 6,7-dinitriquinoxaline-2,3-dinoe (DNQX), and L-Glu plus DNQX compared to NaCl, respectively. These DAPs were mainly related to cellular metabolism, organic matter metabolism, and polyphenol compound metabolism.

Methods: We conducted a cohort study involving 670 RA patients, stratified into four groups according to anti-Ro52 and anti-Ro60 antibody status: Ro52+/Ro60+, Ro52+/Ro60-, Ro52-/Ro60+, and Ro52-/Ro60-. Clinical characteristics, disease activity scores (DAS28-ESR, DAS28-CRP), systemic complications, and treatment responses were compared among groups.

Methods: A single-center observational study was conducted using data from the Renji Scleroderma Longitudinal Cohort (Renji-SLOC), including 379 SSc patients with at least 1 year of follow-up. The patients were categorized into four groups based on serological status: double-negative (Ro52/Ro60), isolated anti-Ro52/TRIM21 positive (Ro52), isolated anti-Ro60/SSA positive (Ro60), double-positive (Ro52/Ro60).

Coupled with the digital image correlation (DIC) technique, the fracture process of steel-fiber-reinforced HSSCC was analyzed to elucidate the reinforcing and fracture-resisting mechanisms of steel fibers. The results indicate that the compressive strength and flexural strength of HSSCC cured for 28 days exhibited an initial decrease and then an enhancement as the volume fraction () of steel fibers increased, whereas the flexural-to-compressive ratio linearly increased.
