For the pulsed data streams emitted by multiple signal sources that generate aliasing, traditional density clustering algorithms have the problems of poor clustering effect, heavy reliance on manual experience to set the parameters, and the need to carry out density clustering every time new data are input, resulting in a huge amount of computation. Therefore, an online density clustering algorithm based on the improved golden sine whale optimization is proposed. First, by adding new parameters to the density clustering algorithm, the neighborhood is changed from a single parameter Eps to a joint decision of the parameters Eps and θ, which avoids cross-cluster expansion by more flexibly delimiting the neighborhood range.

To improve the overall survival rate of cancer patients, we propose an innovative approach named Multimodal Fusion Framework based on Low-rank Interaction (MF2LI), which aims to overcome the current limitations of relying solely on single-modal data prediction and the excessive complexity of fusion. By harnessing low-rank multimodal fusion (LMF) and optimal weight integration (OWI), MF2LI maximizes the integration of pathological images and genomic data. The model incorporates a parallel decomposition strategy, reducing complexity and facilitating fusion based on the contributions of each component.

Bimolecular reactions are ubiquitous in chemistry, but it is exceptionally difficult to resolve the motion of atoms for such processes on the ultrafast time scales that the breaking and creation of chemical bonds occur. Detecting small changes in atom positions requires high temporal and spatial resolution and reliable signal-to-noise characteristics. Here, we have exploited solid-state alignment to track a photoinduced bimolecular disproportionation reaction that transforms two pairs of adjacent triiodide anions (I) into the metastable tetraiodide molecule and the diiodide fragment.

The current standard treatment for relapsed or refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma involves salvage chemotherapy followed by high-dose chemotherapy and sequential autologous stem cell transplantation. However, for patients who cannot tolerate intense chemotherapy or do not meet the conditions for autologous stem cell transplantation, there is a need to explore new treatment options. We report a case of an elderly patient with multiple relapses of classical Hodgkin's lymphoma who experienced repeated disease progression despite undergoing multiple lines of treatment including novel agents such as CD30 monoclonal antibody and PD-1 monoclonal antibody.

Introduction: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) demonstrates poor prognosis due to its heterogeneity-related biological barrier, immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) and escape of cancer cells on immune surveillance. Exosomes are membrane-encased vehicles with properties of inter- and intra-cellular communication and regulation for therapeutic use, even as drug vehicles. M1 macrophage-derived exosomes (M1-Exos) can communicate with adjacent M2 macrophages and reprogram them to M1 subtypes to reshape TME.

Conceptually, direct methane-to-methanol (DMTM) conversion represents an efficient approach for methane (CH) valorization, which is thermodynamically feasible at ambient temperature. However, this process consistently faces a conversion-selectivity trade-off. Particularly, when employing dioxygen (O) as the oxidizing agent, an additional compromise arises between O activation and the generation of reactive oxygen species necessary for CH activation.

In this paper, the fractal mechanism of soil improvement by vegetation was revealed by analyzing the soil characteristics under four typical vegetation types: Salix cheilophila, Caragana korshinskii, Hippophae rhamnoides, and Corethrodendron fruticosum in Mu Us Sandy Land. The results showed that (1) the soil of each vegetation type was mainly composed of sand (> 90%), and the content of clay and silt was less than 10%. CF had the least heterogeneity of soil particles in the 0-120 cm soil layer, HR was uniformly distributed in the 120-200 cm soil layer, and the change trend of particle composition in the 140-200 cm soil layer was consistent.
