Background: Sleep disorders are closely linked to stroke, while the role of gut microbiota in human health and disease is increasingly recognized. However, the causal relationships between sleep disorders, gut microbiota, and stroke remain unclear.
Objective: This study aimed to investigate the causal relationships between sleep disorders, gut microbiota, and stroke (including its subtypes), as well as the potential mediating role of gut microbiota in the association between sleep disorders and stroke.
Saltwater intrusion and sea level rise (SWISLR) threaten coastal agroecosystems, yet their impact on the methanogenic food web in rice paddies remains virtually unknown. Using "double-RNA" metatranscriptomics (rRNA, mRNA), we investigated salinity effects on the methanogenic community in straw-amended slurries following different preincubation periods. Our results demonstrate that salt stress significantly inhibits methane (CH) production, with the degree of inhibition varying by the community's successional stage.

In order to meet the application requirements for high-precision and low-noise accelerometers in micro-vibration measurement and navigation fields, this paper presents the design and testing of an ultra-high-capacitance resolution capacitive readout circuit with attofarad-level precision. First, a differential charge amplifier circuit is employed for the first stage of capacitance detection. Cyclin-dependent kinase 7 (CDK7) is a key regulator of the cell cycle and transcription, making it a promising target for cancer therapy. Although current CDK7 inhibitors have improved in their selectivity and druglike properties, CDK7 inhibitors have failed to progress through clinical development due to severe gastrointestinal and hematotoxic side effects.
