In this paper, a systematic study on performance degradation of a 0.18 μm BCD-process DCAP (Direct connection to the output CAPacitor) power chip under a total-dose radiation environment is carried out. The effects of total-dose radiation on the electrical characteristics of an MOS device are analyzed through device-level simulation.

Double-zero media exhibit unparalleled impedance-independent wave manipulation properties. However, their reliance on accidental degeneracy makes them fragile to disturbances in structural geometry and material parameters. Here, we propose a topological approach to address this limitation.

Leveraging the reciprocity theorem and cavity resonances, we introduce a robust class of MPP absorbers, termed meta-MPPs, capable of achieving ultrabroadband near-total sound absorption across a range of 0.37 to 10 kHz.

This study systematically investigates the electrical characteristics of the vertical NPN bipolar junction transistor (VNPN BJT) in the strong magnetic field environment, focusing on analyzing the effects of magnetic field direction and intensity on key parameters such as terminal current and current gain (). The simulation results show that the magnetic field induces changes in the carrier distribution, thereby affecting the current transport path. Through the in-depth analysis of electron motion trajectories, potential distribution, and Hall voltage, this paper reveals the physical mechanisms behind the device's characteristic changes under the magnetic field and discovers that the inherent asymmetry of the BJT structure induces significant magnetic anisotropy effects.

The aim of this study is to clarify the ecological significance of sugar and bitter gustatory receptors (Grs) in the relationship between Helicoverpa armigera and its hostplants.
Results: Blocking the positive input via knocking out Gr10 only leads to an increase in palpating frequency, and decreases in both the feeding time and the amounts of larvae on palatable fruit substrates, thereby prolonging the larval stage.
Background: The study aimed to analyze the long-term trends in the global burden of Alzheimer's disease and other dementias(ADOD) in different regions, and assess the association between socio-demographic index(SDI) and disease burden.
Methods: We extracted data on the incidence, mortality, disability-adjusted life-years(DALYs), and age-standardized rates related to ADOD, as disease burden measures from 1990 to 2021. The joinpoint regression, quantile regression and restricted cubic splines were adopted to estimate the temporal trends and relationships with SDI.

PurposeHepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common liver malignancy in the world, and tumor-infiltrating T cells have been shown to be closely related to the prognosis of HCC. This study investigated the potential and efficacy of T cell receptor (TCR) repertoire characterization as a biomarker for predicting survival differences.MethodsIn this study, we used high-throughput sequencing technology to systematically analyze the characteristics of TCR repertoires in tumor tissues obtained from 23 long-survivors and 8 short-survivors diagnosed with HCC.

Meanwhile, Spermine (Sp) could serve as an endogenous small molecule exhibiting a wide range of cardiovascular protective effects.
Methods: Zeolitic imidazolate framework-90 (ZIF90) nanoparticles were synthesized and utilized to create a novel delivery nanosystem encapsulated with Sp (CD16/32-ZIF90@Sp).
China's power sector has significant CO emissions, posing a substantial reduction challenge. Current emission reduction measures lack a systematic perspective, failing to adequately consider the primary drivers of emission growth associated with electricity consumption. Most existing driving force analyses overlook the role of electricity consumption and the complexities of the power transmission networks.

The electronic distribution characteristics of molecules significantly influence the charge transport properties and the device performance of molecular electronic devices. These characteristics are closely related to subtle molecular structures, forming a formidable challenge for effective control. Here, a flexible crown ether moiety is integrated into the single-molecule junction, where its spatial structure can be regulated by an external electric field, enabling efficient tuning of the electronic characteristics.

By embedding a double-nanoring silver array within a 20 nm ultrathin amorphous silicon (a-Si) layer, we achieve a significant enhancement of light absorption. This enhancement arises from the interaction between the resonant cavity modes and localized plasmonic modes, requiring precise tuning of plasmon resonances to match the absorption region of the silicon active layer.

Free-standing capillary microfluidic channels were directly printed over printed electrodes using a particle/polymer mixture to fabricate microfluidic-electrochemical devices on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) films. Printed devices with no electrode modification were demonstrated to have the lowest limit of detection (LOD) of 7 μM for sensing glucose. The study shows that both a low polymer concentration in the mixture for printing the microfluidic channels and surface modification of the printed microfluidic channels using 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane can substantially boost the device's performance.

In the present work, we developed oral composite nanoparticles (MSZ@PRHS) consisting of a rough mesoporous silica (RHS) loaded with Mesalazine (MSZ) and a CAP polymer membrane for targeted relief of inflammation in colitis. At the pH values of the simulated stomach and small intestine, the release rate of MSZ from MSZ@PRHS was low, while at the pH values of the simulated colon, the release rate of MSZ was high.

With the continuous progress in integrated circuit technology, single-event effect (SEE) has become a key factor affecting the reliability of aerospace integrated circuits. Simulating fault injection using the computer simulation technique effectively reflects the SEE in aerospace integrated circuits. Due to various masking effects, only a small number of faults will result in errors; the traditional method of injecting one fault in one workload execution is inefficient.
