Alzheimer's disease (AD) is one of the most prevalent diseases in the older population. AD causes progressive cognitive and behavioral impairment, but current treatments are unable to slow or prevent the progression of this disease. Thus, identification of novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets is urgently needed.

Thermally evaporated perovskite light-emitting diodes (PeLEDs) hold great promise for high-quality display applications due to their exceptional large-area uniformity and ease of pixelation and integration. Beyond efficiency considerations, display technologies demanded exceptionally high luminance performance from LEDs. While the brightness of blue and green PeLEDs had progressed rapidly, the performance of red PeLEDs lagged significantly.

Non-carbon-based electrode materials, while exhibiting significantly higher electric double-layer capacitance (EDLC) compared to carbon-based electrodes, still face the challenge of relatively high interfacial charge transfer resistance (R) that needs to be overcome. Here, a charge-transfer kinetics enhancement strategy is demonstrated by utilizing the lattice oxygen deficiency in molybdenum dioxide (MoO ) to increase metallic electrical conductivity and the number of active sites.

However, their molecular characterization and prognostic value have not been fully explored in the field of breast cancer.
Methods: Weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) was used to identify modules significantly associated with M2-like TAMs.

This study aims to establish a method for counting the viral particles in adenovirus vector-based vaccines. Nano-flow cytometry was employed to analyze the viral particles in adenovirus-based vector vaccines at the single-particle level. Monodisperse silica nanoparticles with a refractive index close to that of the virus were selected as the particle size standard to calculate the viral particle size, which was then compared with the results obtained from transmission electron microscopy (TEM) to determine the gating strategy.

To address the challenges of insufficient feature extraction and poor multi-scale disease adaptability in existing deep learning approaches under complex field environments, this study proposes ADAM-DETR, a rice disease detection algorithm based on improved RT-DETR. We constructed the RiDDET-5 dataset containing 9,303 images covering five major disease categories.

Their structures were elucidated using various chromatographic and spectroscopic methods, such as 1D/2D NMR, HR-ESI-MS, and GC. Additionally, their cytotoxicity against three human cancer cell lines (A549, H460, and HepG2) was evaluated using the CCK8 assay.

To address this challenge, we propose a hybrid electrolysis system that replaces OER with the thermodynamically favorable glycerol oxidation reaction, thereby enabling energy-efficient hydrogen production coupled with value-added chemical synthesis. In this work, we reported a bifunctional self-supporting electrocatalyst for the growth of nitrogen-doped carbon shell NiFeNnanosheets on carbon fibers (NC@NiFeN) that can be applied to efficient hydrogen production and formate generation.

Recently, ferrimagnetic Mn_{3}Si_{2}Te_{6} has attracted considerable attention for its magnetic-field-induced insulator-metal transitions and current-driven phase transitions, but the role of applied currents in the magnetic phase remains poorly understood. Here, we employ local magnetization probes and time-resolved transport measurements to investigate the current-induced phase transitions.

Research on phase change materials (PCMs) is booming in the context of global energy structure transitions and the challenge of dealing with temperature fluctuations in engineering materials. Polyurethane solid-solid phase change materials (PUSSPCMs) show great potential for thermal energy storage and temperature regulation because of their designable molecular structure, no risk of leakage, and high bulk stability. In this paper, the recent research progress on PUSSPCMs is systematically reviewed.

However, multi-source co-evaporation faces challenges such as difficulty in regulating crystallinity, especially for red perovskite light-emitting diodes, whose external quantum efficiencies are still less than 2%. Here, we demonstrate a facile layer-by-layer thermal-evaporation strategy to fabricate high-quality perovskite-emitting films with tunable emission wavelengths.

To improve the utilization of both tertiary and community hospitals in China, we prospectively designed a clinic pathway of ambulatory colectomy for selected colon cancer patients and evaluated its safety and feasibility.
Methods: This was a prospective single-arm phase II study.
Background: Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) patients exhibit a heightened susceptibility to concurrent hypertension (HTN) and dyslipidemia (DYS), conditions that reciprocally exacerbate cardiovascular risks. This study investigated the association between NF-κB1 polymorphism, related inflammatory mediators, and the predisposition to hypertension and dyslipidemia in T2DM patients, along with their correlations with biochemical parameters.
Methods: Genotyping of 452 T2DM patients was performed using SNP-scan high-throughput technology.
Introduction: The heterogeneous treatment response of lateral lymph nodes (LLN) and mesorectal lymph nodes (MLN) to neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy (NCRT) in locally advanced rectal cancer (LARC) remains poorly understood. This study investigates imaging regression patterns, pathological lymph node regression grade (LRG), and prognostic implications in patients with LARC undergoing radical resection and lateral lymph node dissection (LLND) after NCRT.
Patients And Methods: A total of 110 patients with LARC undergoing radical resection and LLND after NCRT (2018-2024) were enrolled.
We report an efficient one-pot, three-component synthesis of ferrocenyl-substituted allylamine derivatives with α-(hydroxy) alkyl ferrocenes, aldehydes and amines. The advantages of this method are its catalyst-free nature, broad substrate scope, operational simplicity and mild reaction conditions. The origin of this one-pot synthesis of ferrocenyl-substituted allylamine derivatives was explored through density functional theory calculations.

Electrochemical hydroxylamine (NHOH) synthesis from NO under ambient conditions presents a sustainable alternative to energy-intensive industrial methods, but its selectivity remains limited by unbalanced active hydrogen (H*) supply and intermediate adsorption. Herein, we develop boron-doped amorphous Bi metallene arrays for efficient nitrate-to-NHOH electroreduction. In situ spectroscopy and theoretical calculations reveal that the amorphous structure and B-induced p-sp orbital hybridization modulate the electronic structure, optimizing intermediate adsorption while enhancing H* generation.
