There is much research on extended Risley prism structures, but the scanned angle of their extended systems is less than 180°.

Background: To retrospectively analyze the pulmonary computed tomography (CT) characteristics and dynamic changes in the lungs of cured coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) patients at discharge and reexamination.

Methods: A total of 155 cured COVID-19 patients admitted to designated hospitals in Yunnan Province, China, from February 1, 2020, to March 20, 2020, were included. All patients underwent pulmonary CT at discharge and at 2 weeks after discharge (during reexamination at hospital).

Clinical vancomycin (Van) treatment is administered over a prolonged period to achieve a sustained therapeutic effect. Accurate, rapid, and continuous Van detection is an unmet medical monitoring need that can provide data-based guidance for doctors to adjust the dosage and treatment plan in real-world settings. In this study, we created a Van-specific, fluorescent biosensor that was combined with a microdialysis sampling technique to develop a rapid, simple, accurate, and sensitive detection method, which was validated for Van in vivo.

A prospective phase II study of raltitrexed combined with S-1 as salvage treatment for patients with refractory metastatic colorectal cancer.

Aim: A third-line chemotherapy regimen for metastatic colorectal cancer (mCRC) is not available in China. Studies have shown that raltitrexed or S-1 has no complete cross-resistance with fluorouracil (5-FU). In this phase II study, we prospectively analyzed the efficacy and safety of raltitrexed combined with S-1 (RS regimen) in the treatment of mCRC after the failure of conventional chemotherapy.

Background And Aims: Up to 40%-65% of patients with perihilar cholangiocarcinoma (PHC) rapidly progress to early recurrence (ER) even after curative resection. Quantification of ER risk is difficult and a reliable prognostic prediction tool is absent. We developed and validated a multilevel model, integrating clinicopathology, molecular pathology and radiology, especially radiomics coupled with machine-learning algorithms, to predict the ER of patients after curative resection in PHC.
