Gel polymer electrolyte (GPE) is a desirable candidate for high-safety lithium batteries but is still plagued by the dynamic fluctuations of liquid electrolyte components, which induce localized fluid aggregation or leakage, ultimately leading to performance instability or even degradation. Here, we develop a novel poly(benzoxazine-propylene-oxide)-based GPE, achieving superior electrochemical performance and high safety simultaneously. Through molecular architecture design, the strategic incorporation of long-chain propylene-oxide segments and amide functionalities into the benzoxazine backbone endows the polymer matrix with enhanced lithium-ion transport capability.

This system includes a four-channel radiometer and a nine-channel multispectral camera. The four-channel radiometer adopts a Cassegrain telescope system as the initial structure and combines segmented aperture technology to achieve simultaneous measurements of four Earth radiation bands (0.

This study investigated the identification and elimination strategies for IgM interference in the Beckman Coulter AU5800 UA assays.
Methods: Serum samples without hemolysis, icterus, or lipemia from 196 patients with IgM paraproteinemia were analyzed for UA levels based on uricase-peroxidase enzymatic reaction and lipemia (LIP) index levels via transmission turbidimetry.
Objectives: This study aimed to develop a deep learning-based model to predict the risk of high-risk extra-glandular organ involvement (HR-OI) in patients with Sjogren's syndrome (SS) using whole-slide images (WSI) from labial gland biopsies.
Methods: We collected WSI data from 221 SS patients. Pre-trained models, including ResNet50, InceptionV3, and EfficientNet-B5, were employed to extract image features.
Objective: Propofol poses hemodynamic challenges and injection pain during anesthesia. This study compared the effects of propofol and ciprofol, a novel propofol analog, on hemodynamics in painless bronchoscopy during induction of general anesthesia.
Methods: A total of 250 patients underwent painless bronchoscopy anesthesia from October 2021 to June 2023.
Background: High-dose methotrexate (HD-MTX) is seen as an effective therapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL); however, it is extremely toxic. Monitoring the plasma concentrations of methotrexate (MTX) and its important metabolite, 7-hydroxy-methotrexate (7-OH-MTX), on a routine basis aids in dose modification of rescue medications and in avoiding toxicity. The pharmacologically active and toxic effects of drugs are due to the unbound portion, as most drugs are bound to plasma proteins to some degree.

Petal malformation in impacts ornamental value, but its genetic basis remains poorly understood. We compared transcriptomes of the wild-type (Am11) and a petal-malformed mutant (AmDP2) to identify 2303 differentially expressed genes (DEGs), including E-class MIKC-type MADS-box genes () and ().

In recent decades, EEG applications in stroke research have expanded, particularly in areas like brain-computer interfaces (BCI) and neurofeedback for motor recovery. However, a comprehensive analysis of research trends in this domain is currently unavailable.

The erector spinae plane block (ESPB) could represent a viable alternative approach. This study aimed to compare the analgesic effect of programmed intermittent bolus(PIB) for ESPB to ICNB in patients undergoing MIDCAB.

The antitumor drug candidate, loonamycin, was isolated from Nocardiopsis flavescens NA01583 and exerts its antitumor activity by inhibiting topoisomerase I activity. However, the current production levels of loonamycin are insufficient for further research. To address this limitation, a liquid fermentation method was developed, optimizing both fermentation conditions and medium components.

Introduction: Mixed Lineage Kinase Domain-Like Protein (MLKL), as the executor of necroptosis and a critical factor in the inflammation, has been shown to be associated with the progression of hemorrhagic stroke. Studies identified MLKL is a promoting factor in this process, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target to mitigate posthemorrhagic stroke damage. However, the mechanisms by which MLKL functions in the process of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH)-induced damage remain unclear.

Painful diabetic neuropathy (PDN) is one of the most common complications of diabetes. Recent studies suggested that gut microbiota dysbiosis contributes to the development of PDN, but underlying mechanisms remain elusive. In this study, we found decreased probiotics generating bacteria such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains in the PDN rats.
