Comparative analysis revealed significant differences in these biomarkers between MASLD and Normal groups, enabling the identification of markers associated with MASLD subhealth.

This case report presents a rare instance of synchronous multiple primary cancers involving lung adenocarcinoma with bone metastasis, gastric signet-ring cell carcinoma, and rectal cancer. The 64-year-old male patient was treated with a combination of sintilimab, chemotherapy, and targeted therapy. Following a multidisciplinary team consultation, systemic treatment with sintilimab, oxaliplatin, and capecitabine was initiated concurrently while furmonertinib targeted therapy continued.

We performed a targeted proteomic search analyzing 141 proteins in plasma samples taken from 80 adult patients within 48 hours after aneurysmal rupture to identify plasma biomarkers of cerebral edema.

Background: Scalp arteriovenous malformation (AVM) and its clinical course associated with ulcerative hemorrhage and local alopecia are rarely reported.

Case Report: An 18-year-old male presented to a vascular anomalies center with scalp AVM and ulcerative hemorrhages over a 6-month period due to post-excision recurrence, initially associated with thinning hair and scalp erythema around the AVM lesion. After meticulous debridement, the patient was immediately given an ethanol embolization.
