Methods: We have developed a one-tube detection method for UV light unlocking based on RPA-CRISPR/Cas12a technology.
Objectives: To investigate the relationship between plasma hydrogen sulfide (HS) levels and collateral circulation in patients with acute ischemic stroke (AIS), and to explore the effects of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), homocysteine (Hcy), folic acid (FA), vitamin B (VB), and vitamin B (VB).
Methods: A total of 68 AIS patients were enrolled and classified into two groups based on collateral vessel grading: the Good Collateral Circulation (GCC) group (n = 37) and the Poor Collateral Circulation (PCC) group (n = 31). Plasma levels of HS, VEGF, Hcy, FA, VB, and VB were measured on the 2 and 7 days after admission using microassays and ELISA.
During the field campaign conducted in Qingdao, Shandong Province, from December 2019 to January 2020, six significant haze episodes occurred. To investigate the optical characteristics and formation mechanisms of haze in this region, we utilized an optical particle counter to measure the size distribution of aerosol particles. The results showed that the average Angström exponent value during the campaign was 1.

Methods: The rat model of post-stroke depression (PSD) was established by middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) combined with chronic unpredictable mild stimulation (CUMS). They were randomly divided into 5 groups (blank control, post-stroke depression, arabinoxylan, fluoxetine hydrochloride, fluoxetine hydrochloride combined arabinoxylan).
Accurately locating the weak links in chamber group is crucial for achieving targeted and directional control for its surrounding rock. In this paper, the topological structure of the chamber group was first established, which divided the chambers into important chambers and general chambers. The chain instability inertia I was defined as the ratio of important chambers m to all chambers n, which can reflect the difficulty of chain instability for chamber group.

The gut microbiota plays a pivotal role in the pathogenesis and progression of various liver diseases, including viral hepatitis, alcoholic fatty liver disease, metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease, drug-induced hepatitis, liver cirrhosis, hepatocellular carcinoma, and other hepatic disorders. Research indicates that dysbiosis of the gut microbiota can disrupt the integrity of the intestinal barrier and interfere with the immune functions of the gut-liver axis, thereby mediating the progression of liver diseases. Analysis of microbial composition and metabolites in fecal samples can assess the diversity of gut microbiota and the abundance of specific microbial populations, providing auxiliary diagnostic information for liver diseases.

This study systematically investigates the vertical characteristics of optical turbulence in the atmospheric boundary layer using high-resolution radiosonde data from three regions in China: the Shandong Peninsula (Site A), eastern Zhejiang (Site B), and southern Hainan (Site C). A parameterization model of the mixed-layer turbulence structure was developed, with a particular focus on the impact of vertical resolution on the estimation of the atmospheric refractive index structure constant (2). By comparing models constructed at 10 m, 50 m, and 100 m resolutions, the robustness of the exponential decay model was validated.

We developed convolutional neural network-based models (CNN-WSPD and CNN-WDIR respectively for sea surface wind speed and direction retrievals) integrating HY-2B scatterometer data and ECMWF reanalysis with geographical coordinates. The innovation lies in embedding positional features into multi-angle backscatter processing, enhancing physical consistency across diverse marine environments.

Microorganisms play dual roles in soil organic carbon (SOC) decomposition and accumulation. Despite advancing insights into their involvement in the carbon cycle, understanding the impact of microbial community structure and physiological traits on SOC stabilization in arid and semi-arid grasslands remains elusive. Here, we analyzed arid and semi-arid grasslands SOC stability by comparing the ratio of mineral-associated organic carbon (MAOC) to particulate organic carbon (POC) across a grassland transect in north-south Ningxia, encompassing various grassland types and a broad climatic gradient (ΔMAP = 450 mm).

Introduction: Atrial fibrillation (AF) is the prevalent cardiac arrhythmia and can significantly impair the quality of life (QoL). Although catheter ablation (CA) is an established treatment for AF,post-procedural complications or perceived inadequate control of AF may diminish the QoL for some patients, potentially even to levels lower than pre-procedure. Preliminary findings from our previous pilot trial indicate that acupuncture may positively influence QoL in AF patients post-CA.
