Subdiffusion is argued to be forbidden in a classical homogenous Hamiltonian system due to finiteness of the Poincaré recurrence time. Recently, long-range-interaction-induced subdiffusion has been revealed, which questions the above argument. In this Letter, we study a one-dimensional φ^{4} lattice and present convincing evidence in various aspects that in strong nonlinearity regimes energy transport can be subdiffusive in such a system with neither disorder nor long-range interaction.

HfO-based ferroelectric devices have garnered lots of attention in embedded memory due to its exceptional complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) compatibility as well as sub-10 nm scalability. Nevertheless, challenges such as double remanent polarization (2P) degradation and thermal budget issues while scaling the HfZrO (HZO) thickness have limited its integration in high-intensity memory and high-speed computing. Here, an effective strategy involving the zirconium-rich layer (Zr-RL) is developed to address this dilemma.

This study investigated the individual and combined effects of α-amylase (6 and 10 ppm), xylanase (70 and 120 ppm), and cellulase (35 and 60 ppm) on the physicochemical and nutritional properties of Chinese steamed buns (CSBs) supplemented with 15% buckwheat flour. The addition of individual enzymes did not significantly affect the volume or texture of the buckwheat-enriched CSBs, although it increased the crumb moisture content and porosity. In contrast, enzyme combinations can improve specific volume and reduce hardness.

Although hepatocyte-released adenosine triphosphate (ATP) plays important roles in maintaining metabolic homeostasis, how its hydrolyzation outside hepatocytes impacts on glucolipid metabolism remains unclear. The authors aim to identify the enzyme(s) that hydrolyzes hepatocyte-secreted ATP to regulate metabolic homeostasis. All known ATP-hydrolyzing enzymes are expressed with the highest expression of ectonucleoside triphosphate diphosphohydrolase 5 (ENTPD5) in hepatocytes.

Immunotherapy has emerged as a cornerstone strategy for augmenting therapeutic efficacy in acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The immunosuppressive AML microenvironment, characterized by profound immune dysfunction, critically impairs anti-leukemic immune surveillance. This immunologically hostile niche is principally governed by specialized immunosuppressive cell populations-notably regulatory T cells (Tregs), myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs), leukemia-associated macrophages (LAMs), and regulatory B cells (Bregs)-which collectively establish an immune-privileged sanctuary for leukemic cells.

MoS, a 2D semiconductor, has emerged as an ideal channel material for transistors in the post-Moore era due to its atomic thickness, high mobility, and excellent gate control capability. The direct growth of 2D MoS films on SiO/Si is crucial for ensuring compatibility with complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor (CMOS) processes while avoiding the damage and defects often associated with transfer processes. However, 2D MoS polycrystalline films grown on SiO/Si suffer from small grain sizes, high grain boundary densities, and poor electrical performance.

Due to its dense connective tissue structure, the coronal advancement of the palatal flap is not feasible, making the reconstruction of single-site palatal bone defects particularly challenging. This case report describes the effectiveness and efficacy of an innovative technique combining the buccal shifted flap and palatal "C"-shaped ridge split together during bone augmentation procedures in the posterior maxilla. The described approach not only facilitates obtaining reliable bone regeneration without compromising the vestibular depth, but also surprisingly increases the horizontal contour.

Autoimmune diseases are a set of conditions in which the immune system incorrectly identifies and attacks the body's own healthy tissue, severely compromising patient health. While current treatments can somewhat control disease progression, their long-term effectiveness remains limited, necessitating the development of more effective therapeutic approaches. Lactate and lactylation are critical links between metabolic reprogramming and epigenetics.

Myocardial hypertrophy develops when the heart is subjected to biomechanical stress, neurohormonal or hemodynamic stimuli. Isoprenaline (ISO)-induced myocardial hypertrophy in mice was associated with abnormally elevated steroid receptor RNA activator (SRA) level in hypertrophic myocardium, suggesting SRA's potential functions in hypertrophic pathogenesis. SRA knockout or cardiac-specific knockdown attenuated cardiac remodeling without impairing baseline cardiac function.
