Research hotspots and development trends in molecular imaging of glioma (2014-2024): A bibliometric review.

Background: This study aims to explore research hotspots and development trends in molecular imaging of glioma from 2014 to 2024.

Methods: A total of 2957 publications indexed in the web of science core collection (WoSCC) were analyzed using bibliometric techniques. To visualize the research landscape, co-citation clustering, keyword analysis, and technological trend mapping were performed using CiteSpace and Excel.

We proposed a novel, to the best of our knowledge, triple-pulse dual-wavelength 1645 nm and 822 nm laser for differential absorption lidar (DIAL) to measure methane and water vapor simultaneously. The laser is developed with a 1064 nm triple-pulse high-energy fiber-slab hybrid laser amplifier as the pump source. Seeder-injected optical parametric oscillator (OPO) is designed to generate narrow linewidth and single-frequency 1645 nm pulses, while optical parametric amplification (OPA) and second-harmonic generation (SHG) are utilized to amplify the signal pulses and generate 822 nm pulses.

We summarize in this review the recent key progress in the NHC-catalyzed electrophilic activation of carbonyl compounds for the regioselective functionalization of saccharides, enantioselective construction of heterocycles, and asymmetric synthesis of axially and planar chiral molecules.

Progression and diagnostic challenges of desmoplastic infantile ganglioglioma in a non-infant: a case report with 5-year follow-up.

Desmoplastic infantile ganglioglioma (DIG) is a rare intracranial benign tumor occurring in infants under 2 years of age. It has good biological and behavioral characteristics and occasionally has malignant characteristics, such as multiple intracranial lesions, postoperative progression or recurrence, meningeal diffusion, and metastasis. Solvent-Switchable Remote C-H Activation via 1,4-Palladium Migration Enables Site-Selective C-P Bond Formation: A Tool for the Synthesis of -Chiral Phosphinyl Imidazoles.

Solvent-switchable and site-selective phosphorylation of imidazoles at the C2 or C5 position of the imidazole ring was achieved via 1,4-palladium migration. -Chiral -butyl(aryl)phosphine oxides were cross-coupled to 1-(2-bromophenyl)-1-imidazoles with high enantiospecificity, thereby leading to a novel class of chiral imidazole-based phosphine oxides. As proof of concept, reduction of an analogue yielded the corresponding -chiral 2-phosphinyl imidazole ligand, which was shown to induce high enantioselectivity in the formation of axially chiral molecules synthesized via Pd-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling.

Thirty-six mice were equally divided into 6 groups: normal control, CC, MPA (100 mg•kg•d), MPA + low-dose (20 mg•kg•d) JP (L-JP), MPA + medium-dose (30 mg•kg•d) JP (M-JP), and MPA + high-dose (40 mg•kg•d) JP (H-JP) groups.
