Methods: We retrospectively analyzed the clinical data on 45 CHH males treated by pulsatile GnRH therapy in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2023. We treated the patients with gonadorelin at 7-15 μg, one pulse/90 min, and followed them up every month in the first 3 months and then every 3 to 6 months after treatment, for an average of 19.
