Five novel 1,2,3-triazole/arylidenehydrazide/thiazolidinone hybrid compounds (7-11) were synthesized and characterized using NMR, HRMS, IR, and HPLC purity analysis. The cytotoxicity of these compounds was evaluated on fibroblasts and THP-1 cells, showing that all compounds were nontoxic at the tested concentrations. Methods: In this multicenter retrospective study-the largest patient cohort reported in the literature to date (n = 474) we comprehensively profiled normocalcemic patients diagnosed with primary hyperparathyroidism nPHPT was diagnosed based on persistently elevated PTH levels with normal serum calcium after excluding secondary causes such as vitamin D deficiency, renal impairment, and other conditions. This study investigates the therapeutic potential of a nanohybrid structure, GO/C-TMZ@PmAb MNP, for targeted glioblastoma treatment by integrating chemotherapy with magnetic hyperthermia. Characterization of the nanohybrid confirmed successful conjugation of Panitumumab (PmAb) and effective loading of Temozolomide (TMZ), ensuring targeted delivery to glioblastoma cells. In vitro experiments demonstrated enhanced cytotoxicity and a significant increase in late-stage apoptosis in U-87 MG and U-251 MG glioblastoma cell lines, particularly when combined with an alternating magnetic field (AMF), highlighting the synergistic effect of combined therapy.

In this study, a novel series of eleven 3,5-disubstituted thiazolidine-2,4-dione (TZD) derivatives were rationally designed and synthesized, incorporating tertiary amine moieties to enhance cholinesterase binding. The acetamide-linked TZD scaffold was selected for its potential dual functionality: cholinesterase inhibition and cytotoxicity against neuronal cells. All compounds were evaluated for their inhibitory activities against acetylcholinesterase (AChE) and butyrylcholinesterase (BChE), alongside cytotoxicity assays on SH-SY5Y cancerous neuroblastoma and HEK-293 healthy cells.
