To achieve efficient PTT activated under near-infrared II (NIR-II) light irradiation, here we developed a triple-enhanced NIR-II PTT system through the design of ATP-triggered aggregable DNA micelle functionalized with mitochondrial-targeting and protein expression inhibition. The first PTT enhancement was achieved through adenosine triphosphate (ATP) induced hybridization chain reaction between micelles, which lead to the micelle aggregation and improve the local heating effect.

Among them, the catalytic enantioselective synthesis of sulfinimidate esters remains an uncharted and formidable challenge. Herein, we unveil an efficient enantioselective oxidative esterification of sulfenamides via chiral sulfinimidoyl iodide intermediates.

Here, we employed microcosm and greenhouse pot experiments to identify key metabolites that enhance the α diversity and functional potential of this microbiome and evaluated their exogenous application effects. Microcosm screening, based on α diversity and functional profiling of growth-promoting and Cd-passivating bacterial communities, identified rosmarinic acid, myristic acid, and indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) as critical functional metabolites.

Given the pivotal role of IL-15Rα/IL-15 signaling in autoimmune diseases, elucidating its organ-specific expression and pathogenic functions in primary biliary cholangitis (PBC) remains crucial.
Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed on liver tissues from patients with PBC (n=94), AIH (n=32), CHB (n=10), NASH (n=7) and HCs (n=10) to assess IL-15Rα expression.
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) offers distinct advantages in the treatment of tumors, since it serves dually as both a medicinal treatment and a dietary therapy. Elephantopus scaber (E. scaber), with a plethora of folk medicinal usage for treating pneumonia and hepatitis, contains sesquiterpene lactone (SL) as the primary component for therapeutic efficacy.

However, it is still uncertain whether initiating blood pressure-lowering therapy in the prehospital phase after stroke onset can enhance outcomes for patients with undifferentiated acute stroke.
Methods: We conducted a search of the PubMed, Embase, and Cochrane databases to identify randomized controlled trials investigating prehospital blood pressure lowering interventions for presumed ultra-acute stroke (within <6 hours).
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) is a common and serious complication of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH). Methods: We conducted a retrospective cohort study, including patients diagnosed with ICH from 2 tertiary care centers. NPAR and NAR levels were calculated from blood samples obtained within 24 hours of admission.
Dipeptidyl peptidase-IV (DPP-IV) inhibitors play a critical role in the treatment of diabetes and metabolic diseases. This study combines computational simulations with experimental validation to identify peptides with potential DPP-IV inhibitory activity from wheat proteins. A peptide database was constructed through trypsin digestion simulation, and screening was performed using the ConPLex deep learning algorithm, leading to the identification of four promising peptides: TENEWK (Thr-Glu-Asn-Glu-Trp-Lys), NFVSER (Asn-Phe-Val-Ser-Glu-Arg), LDLPSK (Leu-Asp-Leu-Pro-Ser-Lys) and QHEQR (Gln-His-Glu-Gln-Arg).
