Article Abstract

Through a MassQL-integrated strategy, 26 vibsane diterpenoids (VibDs) were identified from , including 15 new compounds () and 11 known analogues (). Compound possessed an unprecedented seven-membered ring scaffold, representing a new type of VibD. The hypothetical biosynthetic pathway of was proposed. Notably, could exert the antihepatoma effect by targeting MAPKAPK2, thereby suppressing its kinase activity and subsequent phosphorylation of HSP27 and .
