Advancing the photovoltaic performances of organic solar cells (OSCs) is vital for commercialization. High-performance OSC active layers commonly comprise polymer donors and small molecule acceptors. Enhanced crystallinity, ordered molecular packing, and strong intermolecular interactions in polymer donors can improve carrier mobility and photovoltaic performance.

The chlorinated WLA2 enhances crystallinity and molecular stacking. For binary organic solar cells (OSCs), the corresponding blended films of WLA2 exhibit suitable phase separation and crystallinity.

As research progressed, loot boxes have been found to have similar characteristics to gambling, and there has been an ongoing debate as to whether loot boxes can be defined as gambling. In order to better study loot boxes, psychometrically meaningful scales are necessary.

This study aimed to evaluate the capability of the Physician Well-Being Index (PWBI) in identifying distress and adverse consequences among Chinese physicians.
Methods: This cross-sectional online survey recruited 2803 physicians from Southern Mainland China snowball sampling between October and December 2020.

As global populations become increasingly aged, existing elderly care models are proving insufficient. The development and application of nursing robots have shown potential in addressing the challenges of elder care in aging societies. This perspective outlines current state and potential applications of nursing robots in promoting healthy aging.

We synthesized two highly volatile and low-cost solid additives, PT and TFT. The inclusion of PT and TFT effectively influences the aggregation behavior of D18: L8-BO during the film-forming process. Consequently, PT and TFT-treated D18: L8-BO-based OSCs achieved power conversion efficiencies of 18.

In clinical practice, the choice of single double screw fixation for posterior malleolus fractures (PMF) is theoretically unclear, particularly concerning the size-stability relationship. This study, employing Finite Element Analysis (FEA), assesses biomechanical stability in PMF of varying sizes under both fixation methods. Utilizing a 3D model based on CT scans, we simulated fractures with 10-50% fragment sizes and applied a 600 N force to mimic the single-leg stance.

Therefore, this study aimed to validate the Chinese version of the Substance Use Stigma Mechanism Scale (SU-SMS-C) and set its cut-off point.
Methods: We recruited 1005 individuals with SUDs from Chinese rehabilitation centers.
Problematic smartphone use (PSU) is frequently considered a public health issue, especially in East Asia and Europe. Yet, there is a paucity of research focusing on cultural and familial determinants of PSU. This cross-cultural study aimed to investigate smartphone usage patterns and possible mediating effects of perceived family support (PFS) from a stress-coping perspective.

Method: The Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test-Consumption (AUDIT-C) was used to identify respondents with alcohol abuse/dependence. A questionnaire on basic demographics and mental distresses (learning burnout, depression symptoms, anxiety symptoms, excessive daytime sleepiness, and history of mental disorders) was used.
Several studies have identified the effects of methamphetamine (MA) on central dopaminergic neurons, but its effects on enteric dopaminergic neurons (EDNs) are unclear. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of MA on EDNs and intestinal motility. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into MA group and saline group.

Objective: This study aimed to investigate stigmatizing attitudes toward depression, schizophrenia, and general anxiety disorder (GAD) among caregivers of patients with mental disorders in China.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted among 607 caregivers in China, using vignettes that described three mental illnesses. Data on the caregivers' attitudes and other people's attitudes toward individuals with mental disorders and their willingness to come in contact with people with mental disorders were collected.
Background: China has approximately 300 million current smokers, and smoking cessation services are limited. This study aimed to assess the efficacy of a Cognitive Behavioral Theory-based smoking cessation intervention ('WeChat WeQuit') via the most popular social media platform in China, WeChat.
Methods: A parallel, single-blind, two-arm randomised controlled trial was conducted via WeChat between March 19, 2020 and November 16, 2022.

Introduction: Major depressive disorder (MDD) is a highly prevalent and burdensome condition. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness, tolerability, and safety of vortioxetine in treating MDD based on real-world data.
Methods: A systematic search of 8 electronic databases was performed from inception until October 2022 to identify real-world studies, excluding randomized controlled trials.
Both metabolic syndrome (MetS) and subclinical hypothyroidism (SCH) are prevalent in major depressive disorder (MDD) patients. However, their relationship in this population remains unknown. The study assessed the association between SCH and MetS in 1706 first-episode drug-naïve (FEDN) MDD patients.

We aimed to assess thyroid hormones in 1718 first episode drug naïve (FEND) MDD patients and to determine their association with PD. The positive subscale of the Positive and Negative Symptom Scale (PANSS-P), Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HAMA), and Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMD) were used to detect clinical symptoms.

MDD patients at different ages of onset may have different clinical features and associated factors. The aim of this study was to investigate the prevalence of anxiety and related factors in MDD patients at different ages of onset.

This study investigated the psychological status, metabolic properties, the prevalence and influencing factors of anxiety symptoms in the FEDN MDD patients with IFG.
Methods: A total of 1718 FEDN MDD outpatients were recruited.
