Intra-organizational workplace psychological violence has a significant impact on the physical and mental health of nurses. This study aimed to explore Chinese nurses' perceptions of intra-organizational workplace psychological violence and examine their attitudes, coping strategies, and the ramifications of such violent incidents. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 nurses from a tertiary hospital in China, and the data were analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.

Methods: In total, 34 patients who underwent radiotherapy for NPC were selected. A new localization computed tomography (CT) scan was performed after 25th and before 26th fraction.
The Gα subunit RGA1, a crucial component of heterotrimeric G proteins, has been well-documented to enhance drought resistance in rice seedlings. However, its role during the reproductive stages has remained unexplored. This study aimed to investigate the function of RGA1 in mitigating drought-induced defects in anther and pollen development during pollen mother cell meiosis with Zhonghua 11 (WT), a Gα-deficient mutant (d1), and an RGA1-overexpressing line (OE-1).

Current Transformer-based approaches demonstrate superior long-range dependency modeling, but still suffer from the problem of progressive information loss during hierarchical feature encoding. Therefore, this study proposed a new semantic segmentation network named SegTDformer to extract buildings in remote sensing images.

Methods: All enrolled patients aged ≥65 years were assigned randomly in a 1:1 ratio to be administered intravenous cipepofol-0.3 mg/kg or propofol-1.
Direct conversion of CO into valuable organic products is probably the most important but challenging issue for global sustainability efforts. Metal carbides are promising as vital catalytic components in achieving this goal. Understanding the evolution of chemical orbitals and the corresponding energy levels on their interfaces are essential for targeted product synthesis.

Though, traditionally animal models or in vitro techniques are used to evaluate hepatotoxicity, these methods often fail due to the species differences and lack of the needed complexity. Thus, this study investigated the hepatotoxicity potential of Cannabidiol (CBD), Cannabinol (CBN), Cannabichromene (CBC), and Cannabigerol (CBG) using the Emulate Quad-Culture Liver-Chip model.

Aim: Exploring stroke survivors' views on nudging as a self-management intervention is very necessary, as it determines whether nudging can be better implemented and promoted. This study aimed to explore the perceptions, attitudes, and needs for nudge-based self-management interventions among stroke survivors.
Methods And Results: A descriptive qualitative study was conducted following purposive sampling method.
Self-advocacy is essential for self-management in stroke patients. However, a validated scale to assess the level of self-advocacy in this population is lacking. This study aimed to develop a self-advocacy scale for stroke patients and validate its psychometric properties.

The development of a patient safety culture in hospitals greatly depends on the importance nurses focus on patient safety when administering medication. A scale to evaluate patient safety culture in medication administration is currently lacking.

Percutaneous pedicle screw fixation (PPSF) has been proposed for certain type AO/A3 fractures without neurological deficits; however, achieving satisfactory reduction remains challenging. This study applied robot-assisted PPSF and compared it with free-hand techniques to enhance treatment outcomes.

However, current delivery methods require antibody-modified vehicles with manufacturing challenges. In this study, inspired by cardiolipin, we identify cardiolipin-like di-phosphoramide lipids that improve T cell transfection without targeting ligands, both in vitro and in vivo.

However, the genetic mechanism of carotenoid biosynthesis pathway, which is one of the photosynthetic pigments of rice, affecting tillering of rice is rarely studied.
Objective: This study elucidates the roles of OsFT in photosynthesis and carotenoid biosynthesis, and the synergistic regulation of rice tillering by SL and ABA, providing a theoretical basis for breeding high-yielding, drought-resistant rice varieties.

Submergence tolerance is crucial for the direct seeding of rice, yet long-term domestication and breeding have inadvertently reduced the adaptability of cultivated rice to submergence stress. Here, we identify a nucleic acid excision repair protein-encoding gene qSHS5 as an essential regulator of seedling height under submergence through a genome-wide association study in 322 rice accessions. Disruption of qSHS5 in mutants resulted in seedling growth inhibition under submergence, while growth remains comparable to wild-type under normal conditions.

IntroductionTo investigate the efficacy of a knowledge-based planning (KBP) model in optimizing dose distribution, and identify the inter-institutional variation in radiotherapy of recurrent nasopharyngeal carcinoma (rNPC).MethodsA total of 70 rNPC patients treated with intensity-modulated radiotherapy (IMRT) were recruited to build a KBP model. Following model refinement, 36 patients were retrospectively enrolled for dosimetric comparison between manually optimized and KBP-generated plans.

This study aimed to evaluate the clinical outcomes of different postoperative analgesic protocols to inform optimized perioperative pain strategies.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 714 patients with knee OA who underwent total knee arthroplasty (TKA, = 551), unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA, = 92), or high tibial osteotomy (HTO, = 71).
Trail development is more prevalent as tourism develops globally. The depth effect of trail development on plant diversity and native species' stress response via tuning flavonoids in natural ecosystems remain relatively poorly understood. We investigated the depth effects by comparing plant species diversity and flavonoid contents (of six common native species) in sampling plots plots (Rabbit Mountain Open Space, Boulder County, CO, USA) with varying distances away from trail.

Herein we present a double-color lateral flow immunoassay (D-MANP-LFIA) test strip for the rapid and simultaneous quantitative detection of fumonisin B1 (FB1) and T-2 toxin (T-2). The D-MANP-LFIA employs two differently colored core-shell structured magnetic aggregation-induced emission bifunctional nanoparticles (MANPs) as signal amplification tags. Leveraging their high fluorescence intensity and well-retained magnetic properties, the D-MANP-LFIA enables accurate and concurrent quantification of FB1 and T-2 through a chicken IgY antibody-mediated, independent C-line-assisted ratiometric signal output strategy.
