Targeted protein degradation (TPD) is a valuable strategy for investigating protein functionality in cell biology and drug discovery. Among the various emerging TPD technologies, antibody-guided TPD offers key advantages over other protein degradation methods in terms of compatibility with different proteins of interest (POIs) and cell types. However, increasing the efficiency of cellular antibody internalisation and protein degradation remains challenges.

However, enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) and conventional rehabilitation mode (CRM) programs remain a subject of debate to date. Therefore, in this randomized controlled trial, we compared the effectiveness and safety of an ERAS program with those of a CRM program after TLCRS in local regional hospitals.

While its dysregulation has been implicated in numerous pathological processes, there has been scarce researches on palmitoylation changes in proteins associated with recurrent pregnancy loss (RPL). Utilizing palmitoylation proteomics, 3262 proteins are identified with increased palmitoylation and 1577 proteins with decreased palmitoylation in the decidual immune cells from RPL patients compared to those from normal early pregnancies.

Metal ions play a critical role in modulating the innate immune response. However, the mechanisms by which metal ions facilitate dendritic cell maturation through the activation of interferon remain poorly understood.

The growing aging population faces heightened vulnerability to NPC due to prolonged exposure to these modifiable risks, yet comprehensive analyses of aging-specific burden patterns remain limited.
Methods: Utilizing the Global Burden of Disease 2021 data, we conducted a systematic evaluation of NPC burden attributable to smoking and alcohol use across 204 countries from 1990 to 2021.
Chromosomal abnormalities are common characteristics of neuroblastoma, and have been associated with treatment, relapse and survival risk factors. The processes governing the incidence or advancement of chromosomal copy number abnormalities remain unclear, despite progress in understanding their prognostic implications. The present study aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of genetic alterations, clinical implications, and the association between copy number aberrations (CNAs) and clinical parameters.

This study aimed to identify dysregulated miRNA expression profiles and their biological functions in the urinary exosomes of patients with calcium oxalate.
Methods: Ultrahigh-speed centrifugation and Illumina high-throughput sequencing were used to isolate and detect the expression levels of exocrine miRNAs in urine samples from 10 patients with calcium oxalate stones and 10 matched normal persons, and construct their differential expression profiles.
The establishment of placentation and maternal-fetal tolerance are important determinants of a successful pregnancy. Tacrolimus, also known as FK506, is a calcineurin inhibitor that has often been used for pregnant women after solid organ transplantation. Previous therapeutic interventions have shown the benefits of using the immuno-suppressive agent FK506 in improving clinical pregnancy and live birth rates and reducing the risk of spontaneous miscarriage.

The model seeks to enhance clinical decision-making by optimizing preoperative treatment strategies.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on data from PTC patients who underwent thyroidectomy between October 2022 and May 2024 across six centers.

As the first T cell immunoglobulin mucin (Tim) family member to be identified, Tim-3 is a powerful immune checkpoint that functions in immunoregulation and induction of tolerance. Conventionally, Tim-3 is considered to play a role in adaptive immunity, especially in helper T cell-mediated immune responses. As researches progress, Tim-3 has been detected in a wider range of cell types, modulating cell function through ligand-receptor interactions and other pathways.

Nevertheless, achieving efficient and stable Sn-based perovskite second near-infrared window light-emitting diodes remains challenging due to the propensity of Sn to oxidize, resulting in detrimental Sn-induced defects and compromised device performance. Here, we present a targeted strategy to eliminate Sn-induced defects through moisture-triggered hydrolysis of tin tetrahalide, without degrading Sn in the CsSnI film.

Background: Loss of volume in the temples is an early sign of aging and often gives the impression of a gaunt and emaciated appearance.
Objective: The authors conduct a clinical study to investigate the safety and effectiveness of the amino acid crosslinked hyaluronic acid (ACHA) for the treatment of temple hollowing.
Methods: 75 subjects with Temple Hollowing Scale (THS) from 2 to 4 were enrolled and assigned according to the ratio of 2 (ACHA group, n = 50): 1 (no treatment control group, n = 25).
A cluster of metabolic changes occur to provide energy for fetal growth and development during pregnancy. There is a burgeoning body of research highlighting the pivotal role of circadian rhythms in the pathogenesis of metabolic disorders and lipid homeostasis in mammals. Perturbations of the circadian system and lipid metabolism during gestation might be responsible for a variety of adverse reproductive outcomes comprising miscarriage, gestational diabetes mellitus, and preeclampsia.

To counter these challenges, it is imperative to develop simple and efficient methods for detecting NACs. Considering the electron-deficient structure of NAC molecules, this paper constructed a novel three-dimensional In-MOF with permanent porosity using electron-rich organic molecules 4'-[1,2,2-tris(3',5'-dicarboxy[1,1'-biphenyl]-4-yl)ethenyl]-[1,1'-biphenyl]-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (HETTB) for fluorescence detection by photoinduced electron transfer.

Metal organic frameworks (MOFs) constructed with bismuth metal have not been widely reported, especially multifunctional Bi-MOFs. Therefore, developing multifunctional MOFs is of great significance due to the increasing requirements of materials. In this work, a 3D Bi-MOF (Bi-TCPE) with multifunctionality was successfully constructed, demonstrating high thermal stability, water stability, a porous structure, and strong blue fluorescence emission.
