Interfacial interactions often promote the emergence of unusual phenomena in two-dimensional systems, including high-temperature superconductivity. Here, we report the observation of full-gap superconductivity with a maximal spectroscopic temperature up to 26 K in a BaAs monolayer grown on ferropnictide Ba(Fe_{1-x}Co_{x})_{2}As_{2} (abbreviated as BFCA) epitaxial films. The superconducting gap remains robust even when the thickness of underlying BFCA is reduced to the monolayer limit, in contrast to the rapid suppression of T_{c} in standalone BFCA thin films.

One-day-old male Ross 308 broiler chickens (with an initial body weight of 20 g) were randomly divided into three groups: corn-based diet (Corn), fresh brown rice-based diet (BR1) and stored brown rice-based diet (BR6), with 8 replicates of 10 birds per pen, in a 42-day feeding trial. The results showed that lipid oxidation indexes increased and fatty acid composition changed significantly in BR6 ( < 0.

Through surface functionalization of NCC using hexadecyltrimethoxysilane (HDTMS) and -[3-(trimethoxysilyl)-propyl]-ethylenediamine (TMPEDA), we synthesized Si-NCC/WEP coatings with enhanced interfacial compatibility and tailored physicochemical properties. Comprehensive characterization via FTIR, AFM, and EIS revealed that the 1% Si-NCC/WEP coating exhibited optimal performance, achieving a 251% increase in Young's modulus (6.

Emerging evidence highlights PANoptosis-a coordinated interplay of pyroptosis, apoptosis, and necroptosis-as a critical driver of metabolic and immune dysregulation in NAFLD. Here, we integrated multiple datasets and interpretable machine learning to unravel the role of PANoptosis in NAFLD diagnosis, subtyping, and immune microenvironment remodeling.

The common mycotoxin adsorbents have low adsorption rates for DON, and the use of biological methods to remove DON in feeds has gradually become a research trend. One hundred and twenty crossbred barrows were randomly divided into four groups, which included the normal diet group (CON), normal diet + detoxifier group (Det), DON-polluted diet group (DON), and DON-polluted diet + DON detoxifier group (DON + Det); the experiment lasted for 28 d.

ELAV-like RNA-binding protein 1 (ELAVL1) is a key RNA-binding protein involved in tumor progression and metastasis. This study identifies a previously unrecognized interaction between ELAVL1 and TL1A mRNA, elucidating its role in promoting gastric cancer (GC) progression through the activation of the PI3K/Akt signaling pathway. Overexpression of ELAVL1 significantly enhances the proliferation and migration of GC cells, whereas silencing ELAVL1 leads to a marked reduction in these processes.

Ferroelectric materials hold immense potential for diverse applications in sensors, actuators, memory storage, and microelectronics. The discovery of two-dimensional (2D) ferroelectrics, particularly ultrathin compounds with stable crystal structure and room-temperature ferroelectricity, has led to significant advancements in the field. However, challenges such as depolarization effects, low Curie temperature, and high energy barriers for polarization reversal remain in the development of 2D ferroelectrics with high performance.

The ketogenic diet is becoming an assisted treatment to control weight, obesity, and even type 2 diabetes. However, there has been no scientific proof supporting that the ketogenic diet is absolutely safe and sustainable. In this study, Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were fed different ratios of fat to carbohydrates under the same apparent metabolizable energy level to evaluate the effects of a ketogenic diet on healthy subjects.

The relationship between statin (HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor) use and DED in patients with hyperlipidemia remains unclear. To investigate the association between statin use and the risk of DED in patients with hyperlipidemia, we conducted a population-based retrospective cohort study utilizing data from Taiwan's Longitudinal Generation Tracking Database.

High-grade heavy metal elements in copper slag (CS) are worth recovering. Unfortunately, the high viscosity of leaching solution, low leaching efficiency, difficult filtration and low separation efficiency of valuable components exist in the traditional sulfuric acid leaching process. In this study, the above problems are solved by sulfuric acid pretreatment + curing + water leaching.

The high dependence of pancreatic cancer cells on glucose and glutamine suggests that disrupting this dependency could serve as an alternative strategy for pancreatic cancer therapy. We identified the vital genes glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1) and alanine-serine-cysteine transporter 2 (ASCT2) through bioinformatics analysis, which regulate glucose and glutamine metabolism in pancreatic cancer, respectively.

Supermolecular hydrogel ionic skin (i-skin) linked with smartphones has attracted widespread attention in physiological activity detection due to its good stability in complex scenarios. However, the low ionic conductivity, inferior mechanical properties, poor contact adhesion, and insufficient freeze resistance of most used hydrogels limit their practical application in flexible electronics. Herein, a novel multifunctional poly(vinyl alcohol)-based conductive organohydrogel (PCEL) with a supermolecular structure was constructed by innovatively employing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC-Na) as reinforcement material, ethylene glycol as antifreeze, and lithium chloride as a water retaining agent.
