Thermosets with permanent cross-linked structures provide excellent durability but pose significant challenges for reprocessing and recycling, raising engineering and environmental concerns as their usage expands. The advent of covalent adaptable networks (CANs) with dynamic covalent linkages has improved thermoset recyclability and enabled the fusion of identical polymer networks (A-A type fusion). However, fusing different thermosets (A-B type fusion) remains challenging due to their distinct dynamic behaviors and variable activation energies for bond exchange.

The O3-type NaNiFeMnO material is modified by introducing Sr into the Na sites and Al into the transition metal (TM) sites. The inactive Sr and Al serve as structural pillars within the NaO and TMO slabs, respectively, expanding the interlayer spacing and boosting the stability of the structure. The optimized cathode demonstrates a good rate performance of 117.

However, evidence on the comparative clinical value of robot-assisted full-endoscopic transforaminal lumbar interbody fusion (RA FE-TLIF) versus conventional FE-TLIF in early-grade (Grades I and II) LS remains limited, leaving uncertainty about its true clinical value in this patient population. This study aims to compare the clinical efficacy and safety of FE-TLIF with RA FE-TLIF in patients with Grade I and II LS.

Ionic framework materials have attracted considerable attention in chemistry and materials science. However, their synthesis predominantly relies on the precise selection of ionic components, often requiring a trial-and-error approach. This limitation has significantly impeded the efficient development of such materials.

Automatic 3D shape analysis is heavily influenced by the pose of input 3D models, as the continuous nature of pose space introduces complexities that usually exceed the encoding capacities of standard deep learning frameworks. To tackle this challenge, we present Upright-Net+, an enhancement of our previous model, Upright-Net, specifically developed for estimating upright orientation in 3D point clouds. Our approach is grounded in the design principle that "form ever follows function," treating the natural base of an object as a functional structure that stabilizes it in its typical pose, influenced by physical laws and geometric properties.

However, substantial energy losses have thus far prevented the realization of nanoresonators with long-lasting signals and high quality factors. In this study, we propose suspended all-dielectric fishnet structures made of gallium phosphide, which exhibit up to five odd-order resonant modes with an exceptionally low isotropic loss factor (η = 0.

However, no whole-brain iron content studies in individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) have been published. This study aimed to explore whole-brain iron content in ASD children using quantitative susceptibility mapping (QSM) and to examine relationships between clinical features of ASD and regional susceptibility values.

However, their broader application has been limited by underdeveloped synthetic methods, often requiring conventionally prefunctionalized aryl/alkenyl halides or organometallic reagents, protected sulfinylamine reagents, and harsh reaction conditions. Herein, we report a photo/copper-catalyzed sulfinamidation of arenes and alkenes, employing aryl and alkenyl sulfonium salts as radical linchpins.

Chemical insecticides have historically constituted the primary control strategy against this pest, but their intensive application has led to widespread development of resistance in P. absoluta populations.

Plasminogen activator inhibitor 1 (PAI-1), encoded by the gene SERPINE1, is a negative regulator of fibrinolysis and has been associated with obesity. The liver, which senses obesity-induced metabolic stress, is a key determinant of circulating PAI-1 levels.

Methods: Using data from the 2005-2020 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) on 41,685 adults, multivariable logistic regression models examined the relationship between categorical coffee intake (none, >0 to < 1, ≥1 to < 2, ≥2 to < 3, ≥3 to < 4, and ≥4 cups/day) and hypertension, with stratified and curve-fitting analyses.
Results: Compared to non-consumers, moderate daily intake of 1-3 cups was significantly associated with lower hypertension odds (OR 0.

Hybrid copper(I) halides have emerged as a new class of optoelectronic materials due to their tunable structure and photophysical properties. However, systematically correlating inorganic polyhedra configurations with emission characteristics remains challenging. Herein, we address this by synthesizing a homologous series of copper(I) iodides templated solely by the [CHN] cation.

Early diagnosis of ischemic stroke is crucial for timely intervention and saving brain function. The mechanisms of stroke are complex, involving multiple parameters such as blood flow perfusion, tissue status, and oxygenation levels. These parameters interact with each other, necessitating multiple systems to evaluate.

A homodyne low-coherence interferometer was adopted to detect the vibration induced by photoacoustic excitation. The optical coherence tomography (OCT) and photoacoustic microscopy (PAM) shared the same broadband light source for signal detection, thus simplifying the dual-modal system and making it compact.

This study aimed to characterize epidemiology, risk factors and outcomes of this disease using a population-based approach, further explore the potential impact of the immunotherapy era on the prognosis of these patients.
Methods: Data on 116,801 thyroid cancer cases from SEER program (2010-2021) were analyzed.
Objectives: Pulse transit time (PTT) is used to assess vascular elasticity. We aim to investigate whether respiratory event-related PTT metrics can predict left ventricular (LV) impairment in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA).
Methods: This retrospective study included OSA patients without pre-existing LV impairment who underwent polysomnography from January 2014 to May 2017 at Affiliated Huai'an No.
Background: This study aimed to evaluate the expression level of SARM1 in the bone marrow of patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and assess its clinical and prognostic significance.
Methods: Bone marrow specimens were collected from 60 patients with newly diagnosed AML (observation group) and 20 healthy individuals (control group). Clinical and pathological characteristics of AML patients were recorded.
Background: The triglyceride glucose-body mass index (TyG-BMI) has emerged as a predictor of complications in patients with heart failure (HF). While elevated TyG-BMI levels have been linked to adverse outcomes in HF patients, their predictive value for acute kidney injury (AKI) risk remains unclear. This study aimed to examine the association between TyG-BMI and the incidence of AKI in patients with HF.

Objective: To fully elucidate the diagnostic value of radiomics based on automatic segmentation techniques in differentiating adrenal adenomas from metastases through a retrospective analysis of clinical and contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) data.
Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical and imaging data of 416 patients with adrenal masses larger than 10 mm, who had clinically indicated contrast-enhanced CT (CECT) examinations at our hospital between January 2020 and June 2024.
Background: Regeneration of missing structures and tissue turnover during homeostasis require positional information to instruct the reestablishment of body axes and to specify new cells to replace aged tissues. Planarians present an ideal model for positional information studies, as they can regenerate any missing parts and replace aged cells during tissue turnover. Position control genes (PCGs) characterized by constitutive and regional expression in planarians have been identified to instruct regeneration and tissue turnover.
