This study aimed to elucidate the molecular characteristics of HAdV implicated during ILI outbreaks in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province in 2024.
Methods: Throat swab samples were gathered from settings with ILI outbreaks in Suzhou between March 2024 and January 2025.
Objectives: Non-dilated left ventricular cardiomyopathy (NDLVC) is a novel cardiomyopathy characterised by normal LV size and non-ischaemic myocardial scarring or fatty tissue replacement. This study aimed to explore the clinical and cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) characteristics of NDLVC compared with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and event rates of patients with NDLVC and reduced LV ejection fraction (NDLVC-REF).
Materials And Methods: A retrospective cohort study of 396 patients, including 210 with NDLVC (135 classified as NDLVC-REF) and 186 with DCM, who underwent CMR imaging between 2015 and 2017, was conducted.

Background: Cardiac schwannoma is exceedingly rare, and few literature reports are available. We reported a case of primary cardiac schwannoma that performed preoperative multimodal imaging, aiming to highlight the significance of multimodal imaging evaluation and deepen our understanding of this tumour.
Case Summary: A 66-year-old man presented to our hospital, as physical examination revealed the presence of a mediastinal mass over a month.
The hole transport layer (HTL)-free carbon-based perovskite solar cells (C-PSCs) are promising for commercialization owing to their excellent operational stability and simple fabrication process. However, the power conversion efficiencies (PCE) of C-PSCs are inferior to the metal electrode-based devices due to their open-circuit voltage (V) loss. Herein, time-resolved confocal photoluminescence microscopy reveals that grain boundary defects at the perovskite/carbon interface are very likely to function as nonradiative recombination centers in HTL-free C-PSCs.

Background: Polyps containing bizarre stromal cells are occasionally observed in the lower gynecologic tract, including the vagina, cervix, and endometrium, predominantly in perimenopausal or postmenopausal patients. These cases have traditionally been considered benign without subsequent recurrence or malignancy.
Case Presentation: We describe a rare instance of a rapid enlarging endometrial polyp characterized by atypical stromal cells in a 76-year-old postmenopausal woman, who presented with vaginal bleeding.
This study aimed to explore the diagnostic value of the two cytology techniques, including liquid-based cytology of mammary ductal lavage fluid and nipple discharge smear cytology, in the intraductal lesions in patients with pathological nipple discharge (PND). This retrospective analysis included 119 patients with PND who underwent surgical treatment. At the same time, they all underwent fiberoptic ductoscopy (FDS), nipple discharge smear cytology and liquid-based cytology of ductal lavage fluid before surgery.

Phonon modal nonequilibrium is believed to widely exist around nanoscale hotspots, which can significantly affect the performance of nano-electronic and optoelectronic devices.
