Optimized triketone dioxygenase (TDO) variants with enhanced temperature stability parameters were engineered to enable robust triketone tolerance in transgenic cotton and soybean crops. Mitogen-activated protein kinase-activated protein kinase 2 (MK2) emerges as a pivotal target in developing anti-cancer therapies.
