Background: Osteoporosis (OP) is a global health issue characterized by reduced bone mineral density (BMD) and an elevated risk of fractures. Oxidative stress is implicated in OP pathogenesis, and antioxidant diets and lifestyles may mitigate these effects. This research aims to investigate the correlation between oxidative balance score (OBS) and all-cause mortality in individuals diagnosed with OP.

Caregivers are crucial in the treatment process, offering both physical care and emotional support. Caring for adolescents with IBD can significantly affect caregivers' physical, psychological and daily lives, presenting a range of emotional, financial and practical challenges.

Objectives: This study aimed to examine the effects of illegitimate tasks on ICU nurses' work withdrawal behavior, as well as the mediating roles of perceived organizational support and thriving at work.
Aims: To create a consensus on the nursing crisis leadership evaluation system during major infectious disease emergencies.
Background: Crisis leadership is critical to prevent and mitigate an infectious disease infectious disease public health emergency during crisis time. However, there has been no crisis leadership evaluation system for nursing staff during major infectious diseases emergencies in China.
Aims And Objectives: To identify whether cognitive appraisal and coping style have moderating and mediating effects on the relationship between family resilience and quality of life (QoL) in patients with acute leukaemia (AL).
Background: AL is a clonal and aggressive haematological malignancy that requires long-term and continuous therapy, which may negatively influence QoL. Family resilience can be used as a psychosocial resource that may enhance patients' coping processes and QoL.

Background: Nursing care is essential, but the role of junior male nurses in medical and health services is underestimated; thus, many junior male nurses leave the profession due to a lack of professional identity.
Objective: This study examined how the mediating effect of emotional intelligence and the moderating role of locomotion mode influence the relationship between empathy and professional identity among Chinese junior male nurses.
Methods: This cross-sectional descriptive study was conducted among junior male nurses in China from December 2021 to May 2022.
Purpose: This study aims to investigate the relationship between the body roundness index (BRI) and overall mortality rates in individuals with osteoporosis (OP), utilizing information sourced from the NHANES database, in order to assess BRI's capability as an indicator for predicting mortality risk.
Methods: Data from NHANES (2005 to 2010, 2013-2014, and 2017-2018) were analyzed, including 1,596 osteoporotic individuals aged 50 and above. BRI was calculated based on waist circumference (WC) and height, categorizing participants into high (>4.

Background And Aim: This study aims to investigate the relationship between A Body Shape Index (ABSI) Z-score and all-cause mortality among osteoporotic patients using data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES).
Methods And Results: We analyzed NHANES data from 2005 to 2010, 2013 to 2014, and 2017 to 2018, focusing on individuals aged 50 and above with complete bone mineral density (BMD) data. The ABSI Z-score, calculated by adjusting waist circumference (WC) for height and weight, was used to independently assess abdominal fat beyond Body Mass Index (BMI).
Herein, blue luminescent fluorescent poly(tannic acid) nanoparticles (FPTA NPs) were fabricated through chemical degradation of poly(tannic acid) large particles using HO, and the obtained FPTA NPs exhibited excellent water dispersibility, great fluorescence stability, and relatively high quantum yield. More importantly, based on the dynamic quenching and chelation enhanced quenching effect between FPTA NPs and bismuth ions (Bi), a fluorescence method for the rapid identification and detection of Bi was developed. With the increase of Bi, the fluorescence of FPTA NPs could be quenched gradually; the linear range was 0.

In this paper, a high-efficiency compact power amplifier is designed and fabricated with a 0.25 μm GaN high electron mobility transistor (HEMT) to meet the demands of a high integration level and high efficiency for microwave wireless power transfer (WPT) systems. The proposed power amplifier (PA) is implemented using an internally matched method to achieve a compact circuit size.

However, real 4H-SiC crystals often contain Shockley-type stacking faults (SSF), which can affect their radiation resistance. This study employed molecular dynamics (MD) simulation method to explore the effects of SSF on radiation displacement cascades in 4H-SiC.

Purpose: Developing nursing leadership has become a key policy priority to achieve universal health coverage. This study aims to explore the current status, developing trends and research frontiers in the field of nursing leadership.
Design/methodology/approach: In total, 1,137 articles and reviews on nursing leadership from 1985 to 2022 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection database.
The high-frequency pulse flow, equivalent to the natural frequency of rocks, is generated by a self-excited oscillating cavity to achieve resonance rock-breaking. The flow field and oscillating mechanism of the self-excited oscillating cavity were simulated using the large eddy simulation method of Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). A field-scale testing apparatus was developed to investigate the impulse characteristics and verify the simulation results.

Methods: A cross-sectional survey of 523 nurses was conducted from July to August 2023. Latent profile analysis (LPA) was performed to identify distinct profiles of nurses based on three aspects: powerlessness, helplessness, and meaningfulness.

Background: Patient safety is a key priority for healthcare systems, which is not only about the safety and quality development of health care but also about the safety of patients' lives. However, there has been little research exploring the relationship between new nurses' willingness to leave, patient safety culture, and professional identity. This study was to explore patient safety for new nurses, examine the relationship between professional identity, patient safety culture, and turnover intentions of newly recruited nurses in China, and validate the mediating role of patient safety culture.

Tea (), a globally cultivated beverage crop, is sensitive to drought, which can have an adverse effect on the yield and quality of tea. Azoxystrobin (AZ) is one kind of fungicide considered as an agent to relieve damage caused by stress. Initially, the response of tea plant to osmotic-gradient stress was evaluated using leaf disc assays with PEG-induced osmotic stress.
