This study investigates hydroxyapatite (HAp) nanocomposites infused with MAA01-pretreated graphene oxide (GO) for bone tissue engineering. Hydrothermally synthesized HAp/GO (HH-G) nanocomposites showed rod with sheetlike structures with nano level crystallite size, and appropriate bioactivity and degradability. Raman spectroscopy confirmed the successful reduction of GO to reduced graphene oxide (rGO), enhancing antibacterial properties and cellular interactions.

Adeno-associated virus (AAV) vectors offer numerous advantages, including low immunogenicity and a high safety profile, but their development and wide application are still hindered by some technical limitations. This study presents an innovative and environmentally friendly approach for extracting flavonoids from Cercis glabra leaves using ultrasound - assisted deep eutectic solvent extraction (UAE - DESs). Through systematic evaluation of 22 deep eutectic solvent (DESs) formulations, choline chloride-levulinic acid (ChCl:Lev) was identified as the optimal solvent system. Response surface methodology optimization revealed ideal extraction parameters: a liquid - solid ratio of 25:1 mL/g, extraction temperature of 40 °C, time of 39 min, achieving a flavonoid yield of 8.
