USP13 mediates resistance to Ibrutinib in diffuse large B-cell lymphoma via augmenting FHL1 stabilization.

Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common type of lymphoid malignancy in the world which is mainly divided to ABC type and GCB type. Ibrutinib benefits patients with ABC subtype DLBCL by inhibiting Bruton's tyrosine kinase (BTK), but there are still a lot of patients who are resistant to Ibrutinib. In this study, we found that post-translational modification played a regulatory role in mediating Ibrutinib resistance in DLBCL.

Effects of DRG/DIP payment reform on hospital pharmacy administration and pharmaceutical services in China: a multicenter cross-sectional study.

Background: In China, a government-led policy introduced in 2019 and 2020 aims to reduce medical costs through a national medical care payment system based on Diagnostic-Related Groups (DRG) and Diagnosis-Intervention Packet (DIP). Hospital pharmacists play a crucial role in the implementation of this policy by enhancing the rational use of medicines and delivering pharmaceutical services. The purpose of this study is to assess the current state of hospital pharmacy administration and pharmaceutical services, while examining the effects of the DRG/DIP policy on these aspects.

Identifying and documenting these forms of bias by research communities is a critical step towards addressing them. We documented perceived and observed biases in movement ecology, a rapidly expanding sub-discipline of biology, which is strongly underpinned by fieldwork and technology use.

The Synergistic and Attenuated Mechanism of Action of the Xihuang Pill in Dual Immunotherapy After Stenting for Advanced Cholangiocarcinoma: A Controlled Clinical Trial.

Purpose: This study aims to investigate the synergistic and attenuation mechanism of Xihuang pill in the treatment of cholangiocarcinoma (CCA), thereby providing a reliable scientific basis for the selection of postoperative treatment strategies in cholangiocarcinoma patients.

Methods: In total, 120 patients with advanced CCA who underwent stent implantation were divided into control group I (n = 40), control group II (n = 40), and observation group (n = 40). The patients in control group I were only treated with a tumor immunosuppressant (tislelizumab injection), the patients in control group II were administered tumor double immunotherapy (tislelizumab injection + thymalfasin injection), and the patients in the observation group were treated with Xihuang pill combined with tumor double immunotherapy.

In 2021, a highly virulent strain of duck enteritis virus (DEV), designated as DEV XJ, was isolated from Zhejiang, China, and its complete genome, spanning 162,234 bp with 78 predicted open reading frames (ORFs), was sequenced. While showing relative homology to the DEV CV strain, DEV XJ exhibited distinctions in 38 ORFs, including various immunogenic and virulence-related genes. The recently identified novel duck reovirus (NDRV) is a waterfowl reovirus that can seriously harm or kill various waterfowl species. However, how NDRV interacts with host cells in Muscovy ducklings beyond the typical pathogenesis resulting from a viral infection is unknown.
