In this study, a novel strategy is proposed to immobilize MWCNTs with chitosan, forming the MWCNTs@chitosan composite, which enables the recyclability of MWCNTs. This composite was employed in a one-step pressure filtration purification method to simultaneously purify extracts of 49 pesticides from aquatic products.

To enhance the efficacy of this approach, mesoporous poly(GMA-EGDMA) microspheres, abundant in cis-diols, were synthesized for boronate affinity extraction. Meanwhile, 4-fluoro-3-formylphenyl boronic acid was utilized for the derivatization of NFMs, facilitating the immobilization of boronate ligands onto their molecular structures.

For the first time, loofah sponge was demonstrated and utilized as a novel green, low-cost, and effective one-step purification adsorbent for fish sample. The developed method consisted of two main steps: first, target analytes were extracted from fish samples using an acetonitrile-based QuEChERS extraction method.

This study developed a modified QuEChERS method combined with UPLC-MS/MS to determine the residues of diazepam and its active metabolites, nordiazepam, oxazepam, and temazepam, in aquatic products and aquaculture environments. The important variables of the QuEChERS procedure were screened and optimized through single-factor experiments and response surface methodology.

Pediococcus acidilactici and Rhizopus oryzae were applied to ferment mutton sausages, and GC-MS/SIM and metatranscriptomics were employed to investigate the effects of different fermentation strategies on the quality of mutton sausages and the metabolism of 4-methyloctanoic acid (4-MOA) and 4-ethyloctanoic acid (4-EOA). The results demonstrated that inoculation with the mixed starter cultures exhibited lower pH, thiobarbituric acid, and peroxide values.
