Introduction: Tangerine peel tea, a bioactive-rich plant beverage containing hydrophobic flavonoids (hesperidin, naringin, and neohesperidin), faces analytical challenges in quality control due to poor aqueous solubility.

Objectives: In order to determine the hydrophobic flavonoids components in tangerine peel tea and evaluate its quality, this experiment was carried out.

Relapse remains a major challenge for high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) patients following allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). In our first-in-human Phase I trial (ChiCTR-1900022795), we have demonstrated that third-party donor-derived double-negative T cells (DNTs) are safe and effective for treating relapsed AML. Spinel oxides hold tremendous potential for driving advanced oxidation processes, yet the underlying mechanism for maximizing their activity remains unclear. In this study, we leverage tetrahedral and octahedral site interactions in MnCoO to modulate the spin states, specifically spin alignment and spin moment, thereby enhancing periodate (PI) activation and catalytic performance in contaminant degradation. Through combined experimental and density functional theory (DFT) analyses, we elucidate the role of spin alignment at synergetic tetrahedral and octahedral sites in facilitating quantum spin exchange interactions (QSEI) with an efficient electronic spin channel for charge transfer.

Steroid-refractory (SR) acute graft-versus-host disease (aGVHD) is a major cause of mortality after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. We aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of ruxolitinib plus basiliximab for treating SR-aGVHD after unrelated cord blood transplantation (UCBT).
