However, a considerable portion of patients do not response to this therapy, meanwhile most patients sensitive to PD-1 or PD-L1 antibody initially will develop resistance to the treatment eventually. To break through the limits of clinical effect, it is of critical importance to make a profound understanding of the mechanisms of so called primary resistance and acquired resistance.

Esophageal cancer (EC) is a common malignant gastrointestinal (GI) cancer in adults. Although surgical technology combined with neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy has advanced rapidly, patients with EC are often diagnosed at an advanced stage and the five-year survival rate remains unsatisfactory. The poor prognosis and high mortality in patients with EC indicate that effective and validated therapy is of great necessity.

Therefore, supramolecular fluorescent biomaterials based on Q [8] and PEG-APTS have been prepared herein. This study has found that the unique properties of outer surface methine and the positive density of Q [8] can form a stable assembly with PEG-APTS, and has provided the possibility for the faster crossing of the glomerular filtration barrier to enter into the resident cells of the kidney.

The efficient and selective detection of isomers is an attractive but challenging area. In this study, a supramolecular fluorescent probe based on cucurbit[8]uril (Q[8]) and a pyrene-based derivative (G) was prepared, which effectively recognized and removed o-nitrophenol (o-NP) from a mixture of nitrophenol isomers. The newly designed probe G@Q[8] was characterized by NMR spectroscopy, fluorescence emission and UV-Vis spectroscopy, and its host-guest properties in aqueous solution were investigated.

Multi-resonance boron-nitrogen-containing thermally activated delayed fluorescence (MR-TADF) emitters have experienced great success in assembling narrowband organic light-emitting diodes (OLEDs). However, the slow reverse intersystem crossing rate (k ) of MR-emitters (10 -10 s ) that will lead to severe device efficiency roll-off has received extensive attention and remains a challenging issue. Herein, we put forward a "space-confined donor-acceptor (SCDA)" strategy to accelerate RISC process.

Potassium ferricyanide in an aqueous solution is easily decomposed into highly toxic substances (potassium cyanide and hydrogen cyanide) by light or alkaline action, which poses a major hazard to environmental and human health. Here, a reticulated aggregation-induced emission (AIE) supramolecular polymer material (TPAP-Mb@Q[14]) was prepared by the supramolecular self-assembly of twisted cucurbit[14]uril (Q[14]) and a triphenylamine derivative (TPAP-Mb). TPAP-Mb@Q[14] not only recognizes Fe(CN) with sensitive specificity with a limit of detection (LOD) of 1.

Here a thermally modulated current collector (TMCC) is reported, which can rapidly cold-start ASSBs from room temperature to operating temperatures (70-90 °C) in less than 1 min, and simultaneously enhance the transient peak power density by 15-fold compared to one without heating. This TMCC is prepared by integrating a uniform, ultrathin (≈200 nm) nickel layer as a thermal modulator within an ultralight polymer-based current collector.

The addition of Q[14] causes ADPy to aggregate through supramolecular self-assembly to form a supramolecular polymer (ADPy@Q[14]) with excellent aggregation-induced fluorescence and an interesting spherical external morphology, making it a remarkable energy donor. Consequently, efficient energy-transfer processes have occurred between ADPy@Q[14] assembly and NiR and RB, which both serve as effective energy acceptors while being loaded onto ADPy@Q[14].

Designing materials with ultralow thermal conductivity has broad technological impact, from thermal protection to energy harvesting. Low thermal conductivity is commonly observed in anharmonic and strongly disordered materials, yet a microscopic understanding of the correlation to atomic motion is often lacking. Here we report that molecular insertion into an existing two-dimensional layered lattice structure creates a hybrid superlattice with extremely low thermal conductivity.
