Suboptimal hydration status has increasingly been recognized as a risk factor for the progression of chronic diseases. A nationwide survey conducted in China found that 82% of children aged 6 to 17 years failed to meet the recommended daily total water intake of 1600-2500 mL. On average, boys consumed 1603 ± 731 mL per day, while girls consumed 1487 ± 661 mL per day, placing them at a higher risk of dehydration.

Microplastics and antibiotics are emerging pollutants in marine environments, yet their combined effects on coastal sediments remain poorly understood. This study examined the impacts of microplastics and antibiotics on sediment properties and microbial communities through a 60-day laboratory simulation. Results showed that microplastics significantly reduced carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus levels in sediments, while both antibiotics and combined pollution decreased phosphorus content.

To improve the efficiency of mobile robot movement, this paper investigates the fusion of the A* algorithm with the Dynamic Window Approach (DWA) algorithm (IA-DWA) to quickly search for globally optimal collision-free paths and avoid unknown obstacles in time. First, the data from the odometer and the inertial measurement unit (IMU) are fused using the extended Kalman filter (EKF) to reduce the error caused by wheel slippage on the mobile robot's positioning and improve the mobile robot's positioning accuracy. Second, the prediction function, weight coefficients, search neighborhood, and path smoothing processing of the A* algorithm are optimally designed to incorporate the critical point information in the global path into the DWA calculation framework.
