Methods: Clinical data from 17 FCOD patients diagnosed between May 2015 and December 2024 at Kunming Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.

The rapid development of China's 5G 'Internet Plus' industry has led to increasing use of the Internet to provide healthcare services. Internet-based services in China are already widely used to prevent, identify, monitor, and manage mental disorders, but few of these services have been formally evaluated. To provide a clear baseline of this rapidly evolving field, we searched articles published before December 31, 2022, about internet-based interventions and surveys for mental health-related conditions in China in five international databases (Web of Science, PubMed, PsycINFO, Embase, and Cochrane Library) and four Chinese databases (CNKI, SinoMed, VIP, and WanFang).

Background: The transition from hospital to home is a critical period for stroke survivors and their caregivers. This study explores the clinical staff's attitudes and perspectives on transitional care (from hospital to home) for stroke patients in the neurology department.

Methods: This qualitative descriptive phenomenological study involved semi-structured interviews with 15 clinical staff members in the neurology department of a tertiary hospital, conducted either face-to-face or via telephone.

Meiju Oral Liquid (MOL), a representative medicinal formula in China, stems from the traditional use of specific Chinese medicinal herbs known for their anti-fatigue properties, including rose, jujube, chicory, and wolfberry. While these individual herbs have been recognized for their benefits, the formulation of MOL itself has not been extensively studied. This study was designed to evaluate the potential anti-fatigue effects of MOL, prepared from these natural herbs, and to explore its underlying mechanisms.

Results: 40 spent culture medium (SCM) samples from routine embryo culture were collected, and half of each SCM (10 µL) sample was used for whole genome amplification, while the other half was stored at -80 °C for 3-6 months. Thirty-six out of 40 fresh SCM samples were successfully amplified and sequenced.
