Purpose: To compare camrelizumab (an anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody) plus famitinib (a multitarget receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor) versus camrelizumab and chemotherapy in recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer (R/M CC).
Methods: Patients with pretreated R/M CC were randomly assigned to receive camrelizumab (200 mg intravenously once every 3 weeks) plus famitinib (20 mg orally once daily), camrelizumab, or investigator's choice of chemotherapy. The primary end point was comparison of objective response rate (ORR) per blinded independent central review (BICR) for camrelizumab-famitinib versus camrelizumab in the intention-to-treat population.
There is a lack of consensus regarding the follow-up schedule for patients with upper-tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) who remain bladder recurrence-free for 5 years after radical nephroureterectomy (RNU). In this study, we aimed to identify the risk factors for late recurrence in UTUC patients who remained bladder recurrence-free for at least 5 years post-RNU. Data from a large single-center Chinese institution were retrospectively analyzed.

Background: Inflammation is involved in the progression of overactive bladder (OAB). This study aimed to investigate the association between the neutrophil to high-density lipoprotein cholesterol ratio (NHR) and OAB.
Methods: Data from seven cycles of the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) from 2005 to 2018 were analyzed to examine the relationship between NHR and OAB.
Aerobic capacity is conventionally equated with cardiorespiratory fitness (CRF), but its physiological essence extends far beyond cardiopulmonary performance. Aerobic capacity is an integrative physiological indicator reflecting the entire process from oxygen uptake and transport to mitochondrial energy conversion, with mitochondrial function constituting its molecular core. Emerging evidence reveals robust associations between diminished aerobic capacity and increased risks of non-communicable chronic diseases and age-related functional decline.

The detection of CD59 is of great clinical importance since it is an important glycoprotein that can serve as a biomarker related to kinds of cancers. In this work, we prepared host-guest interaction based oriented epitope molecularly imprinted polymer (hg-EMIP) for the immobilization of CD59 N-terminal epitopes. Cucurbit[7]uril (CB[7]) and l-phenylalanine (L-phe) were employed as the host and guest; and tannic acid (TA) with abundant hydroxyl groups and diethylenetriamine (DETA) were chosen as the functional monomer and crosslinking agent, respectively.

Background: The heterogeneity of symptoms in major depressive disorder is impeding progress toward patient-specific treatment strategies and course trajectories. Origins of such differential clinical manifestations likely have dissociable pathophysiologies, but neural substrates associated with specific atypical depressive symptoms remain elusive.
Methods: The muti-shell diffusion MRI images were acquired from 50 patients with atypical depression (AD), 97 patients with non-atypical depression (non-AD), and 50 healthy controls (HCs).

Background: Life's Crucial 9 (LC9) is the latest indicator of cardiovascular health (CVH), and the estimated glucose disposal rate (eGDR) is a non-invasive indicator of insulin resistance (IR). However, the relationships between LC9 and eGDR and congestive heart failure (CHF) remain unknown.
Methods: In this cross-sectional study, participants aged ≥20 years in the NHANES database from 2005 to 2018 were analyzed.
Background: Major depressive disorder (MDD) encompasses a broad spectrum of heterogeneous symptoms arising from distinct etiological mechanisms. Phenotypic markers of psychopathology are most likely influenced by exposure to childhood maltreatment, yielding distinct subtypes within conventional diagnostic boundaries. However, the biological interactions between MDD subtypes and types of childhood trauma remain unclear.
