Methods: The study collected 2014 to 2024 medical records and radiological data. Cross-sectional analysis included 1315 PE/PC patients and 5140 matched controls; retrospective cohort analysis included 549 patients.
Introduction: Cisplatin (DDP), a platinum-based chemotherapy drug, shows broad antineoplastic activity, however, its clinical use is limited by dose-dependent nephrotoxicity, a major challenge in cancer therapy. The purpose of this study was to investigate the mechanism by which quercetin-polyethylene glycol-polycaprolactone (Que-PEG-PCL) micelles simultaneously enhance the cytotoxicity of DDP against cancer cells and reduce its nephrotoxicity.
Methods: Rodent models and HEK293 cells were used to evaluate the renoprotective effects of Que-PEG-PCL micelles.

Background: Researchers are currently concentrating on molecular markers and potential therapeutic targets associated with gastric cancer in light of recent developments in precision medicine and molecular biology. Disulfidptosis was first proposed in 2023 as a novel programmed cell death mode associated with the cytoskeleton. Disulfidptosis-related proteins are essential for the preservation of protein stability and abnormal expression of disulfidptosis-related genes may be linked to cancer development and drug resistance.

Objective: Given that human foetal skin possesses scarless wound healing ability, we aimed to understand the differences among human foetal skin, postnatal skin, and keloid tissue to find out the key factors affecting wound healing outcome.
Methods: We used spatial transcriptomics (ST), histological imaging, and other methods to investigate the cellular and molecular characteristics underlying scarless healing by comparing these skin types.

When single-atom catalysts are oriented toward practical applications, in addition to balancing the seesaw between activity and selectivity, the capability of thermal management also merits attention. Herein, we proposed a facility approach that, based on active Pd in the state of a single atom, tunes the guest Cu size to simultaneously enhance the effect of d-electron domination and the heat transfer behavior in microregions. Along with the Cu size in an order of magnitude increase, more delocalized electrons were generated and transferred to isolated Pd sites, with the d band center shifting from 1.

In this work, the -protected aryl carbamoyl chloride serves as a source of acylation. The products resulting from the direct C-H functionalization of heteroaryl iodides are smoothly obtained without catalyst poisoning by heteroatoms.

Background: Ovarian aging occurs earlier than the aging of many other organs and has a lasting impact on women's overall health and well-being. However, effective interventions to slow ovarian aging remain limited, primarily due to an incomplete understanding of the underlying molecular mechanisms and drug targets. Recent advances in omics data resources, combined with innovative computational tools, are offering deeper insight into the molecular complexities of ovarian aging, paving the way for new opportunities in drug discovery and development.

Mathematical modeling typically employed ordinary differential equations and steady-state analysis, which has yielded valuable quantitative insights. However, stable states predicted by theoretical models often fail to capture transient or metastable phenomena that occur during most observation periods in experimental or real biological systems.

Background: Aberrant differentiation of Th17 cells has been identified as a critical factor in the development of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). BLIMP1 plays a key role in regulating plasma cell differentiation, T helper cell differentiation and Treg cell differentiation. Treatment with exosome injection or bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) transplantation reduce joint damage in RA.

The dynamic structure evolution of heterogeneous catalysts during reaction has gained great attention recently. However, controllably manipulating dynamic process and then feeding back catalyst design to extend the lifetime remains challenging. Herein, we proposed an entropy variation strategy to develop a dynamic CuZn-Co/HEOs catalyst, in which the non-active Co nano-islands play a crucial role in controlling thermal effect via timely capturing and utilizing reaction heat generated on the adjacent active CuZn alloys, thus solving the deactivation problem of Cu-based catalysts.

However, most work directly models entity features to relation prediction, ignoring the effectiveness of entity pair information as an intermediate state for relation prediction.

Several studies have been conducted to show that POI appears to be associated with psychological and psychosocial problems, but whether POI increases the risk of mental health problems has not been identified. Therefore, this meta-analysis provides a preliminary systematic assessment of the studies published to date on the impact of POI on women's mental health.
