Technological innovations in robot-assisted ultrasound (RAUS) have remarkably advanced the development of precision and intelligent medical imaging diagnosis. This study aims to use bibliometric methods to systematically analyze the technological evolution and research frontiers in the RAUS field, providing valuable insights for future research. This study used the Web of Science Core Collection database to retrieve English-language research papers and reviews related to RAUS published between 2000 and 2024.

Revealing the indigestion mechanism of starch-γ-oryzanol complex to starch digestive enzymes: Insights from structural properties, molecular dynamics simulation and molecular docking.

The effect of the complex on starch digestion has applications in the starch-based foods industry. Eating contexts encourage sustainable food choices: The mediating role of the symbolic meanings of foods.

Many studies have examined how to reduce meat consumption and promote sustainable consumption, but very few studies have addressed this issue within the framework of the social contexts of eating. We conducted two experiments to examine how the context of commensal eating might influence people's food choices. In Experiment 1, we asked participants to imagine eating alone or with others, and then to choose three dishes from a choice set consisting of two meat and two vegetable dishes, so they had to choose between a meat-heavy meal and a vegetable-forward meal.

Nomogram for predicting cervical lymph node metastasis of papillary thyroid carcinoma using deep learning-based super-resolution ultrasound image.

Objectives: To investigate the feasibility and effectiveness of a deep learning (DL) super-resolution (SR) ultrasound image reconstruction model for predicting cervical lymph node status in patients with papillary thyroid carcinoma(PTC).

Methods: In this retrospective study, researchers recruited 544 patients with PTC and randomly assigned them to training and test sets. SR ultrasound images were acquired using SR technology to improve image resolution, and artificial features and DL features were extracted from the original (OR) and SR images, respectively, to construct a ML, DL model.

Influence of a robotic companion on women's food choices: Evidence from an imaginary task.

Previous research has demonstrated the influence of commensal dining between humans on food choices, whereas we conducted two studies to examine how the presence of a robot might influence people's choices between meat-heavy and vegetable-forward meals in imaginary scenarios. In Study 1, participants were instructed to choose three desirable dishes from a set of two meat and two vegetable dishes while they imagined eating alone, with a human, or with a robot. Although the meat dishes were rated as more palatable and pleasant, the female participants chose fewer meat-heavy meals when eating alone or with a robot than when eating with a human, whereas no such effect was observed for the male participants.
