J Ovarian Res

July 2025

Department of Vascular Surgery, Quzhou People's Hospital, No. 100, Minjiang Avenue, Kecheng District, Quzhou, 324000, Zhejiang, China.

Background: Notch2 and Wnt2/β-catenin pathway improve granulosa cell (GC) functions, and there are interactions between Notch and Wnt/β-catenin in some cells. We aimed to investigate whether Notch2 improves GC functions in premature ovarian failure (POF) by activating the Wnt2/β-catenin pathway.

Methods: Notch2 expression was interfered in mice or KGN cells, then, mice were treated with cyclophosphamide and busulfan intraperitoneally, and KGN cells were exposed to cyclophosphamide to establish POF models.

This study aimed to assess the anti-hyperuricemia efficacy of Zhejiang psyllium polysaccharides (ZPP) in rats and to explore its underlying mechanism. Hyperuricemia was induced by intragastric administration of potassium oxonate, hypoxanthine, and adenine. The serum levels of uric acid (UA), creatinine (Cr), and blood urea nitrogen (BUN) were measured, and kidney pathology was examined.

With the rapid development of new energy vehicle technology, electric drive systems play a crucial role in the modern automotive industry. Ensuring the efficient and stable operation as well as reliability of electric drive systems has become a critical task. In order to prevent serious faults in the short-term leading to potential accidents, this paper proposes an innovative approach for embedding the Token Merging (ToMe) algorithm into the Vision Transformer (ViT), called the VToMe algorithm and combining it with the Bidirectional Gated Recurrent Unit (BiGRU) network to form the VToMe-BiGRU architecture for electric drive system fault prediction.

Nozzle flow meters are widely used in the field of measuring high temperature media. In order to investigate the effect of nozzle flowmeter weld structure on thermal stress and thermal deformation, 10 different weld structures were designed in terms of the distance between the weld metal and the eight-groove nozzle, the width of the bottom of the weld metal, the taper angle of the weld metal, and the opening of the taper angle of the weld metal. The thermal stress and thermal deformation characteristics of the solid domain of the nozzle flowmeter are also calculated numerically for a high temperature case.

Pneumatic impactor is widely used in the drilling process of various medium and high hard rocks with poor drill ability. Currently, there is relatively little analysis on the impact of the inclination of the rock surface during the drilling process on the drilling efficiency and excavation capability of pneumatic impactors. Based on the dynamic theory of impact drilling and finite element method (FEM), the constitutive model of HJC criterion and INVENTOR 3D mechanical structure design software, a 3D numerical analysis system of piston-bit head-rock during pneumatic impactor drilling is established by ANSYS LS-DYNA, a nonlinear dynamic analysis software.
