Objective: To find out the optimum extraction technology of soyasaponins from residual of bean ware.
Methods: The optimum extraction conditions were investigated by the orthogonal design, and the content of soyasaponins was determined by UV-spectro-pho-tometry.
Results: The optimum extraction technology was A3B1C1, that is adding 7 times and 6 times amount of 70% alcohol and refluxing for two times and each time for 1.0 h.
Conclusion: The selected technology showed higher yield of soyasaponins, good stability and high efficient.

Background: The dynamic progression of gray matter (GM) microstructural alterations following radiotherapy (RT) in patients, and the relationship between these microstructural abnormalities and cortical morphometric changes remains unclear.
Purpose: To longitudinally characterize RT-related GM microstructural changes and assess their potential causal links with classic morphometric alterations in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC).
Study Type: Prospective, longitudinal.

Background: The optimal number of examined lymph nodes (ELN) for accurate staging and prognosis for esophageal cancer patients receiving neoadjuvant therapy remains controversial. This study aimed to evaluate the impact of ELN count on pathologic staging and survival outcomes and to develop a predictive model for lymph node positivity in this patient population.
Methods: Data were extracted from the Surveillance, Epidemiology, and End Results (SEER) database and a multicenter cohort.

Defective wounds pose health risks, and treatment is challenging. Umbilical cord-derived mesenchymal stem cells (UCMSCs) show promise for healing. Primary UCMSCs were isolated and extracted in vitro, and the proliferation and differentiation characteristics were detected by flow cytometry and trilineage differentiation, and a 3D spherical cell culture was performed.

Background: Precise preoperative discrimination of invasive lung adenocarcinoma (IA) from preinvasive lesions (adenocarcinoma in situ [AIS]/minimally invasive adenocarcinoma [MIA]) and prediction of high-risk histopathological features are critical for optimizing resection strategies in early-stage lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD).
Methods: In this multicenter study, 813 LUAD patients (tumors ≤3 cm) formed the training cohort. A total of 1,709 radiomic features were extracted from the PET/CT images.
