Dopamine (DA) is not only an important neurotransmitter involving in the regulation of life activities, but also a typical biomarker of neurodegenerative diseases. Accurate detection of DA content is of great significance for early diagnosis and treatment of related illness. Herein, a ratio electrochemical sensing platform was constructed based on covalent organic framework (COF) assembled MXene composite nanomaterials for sensitive, selective and accurate detection of DA.

The prepared electrochemical sensing platform exhibited satisfactory results for detection of tyrosine with a wide linear range of 0.6-280 μM and a low detection limit of 0.

Beyond the local pathological processes, PF can be better understood in light of interorgan communication networks that are involved in its progression. Notably, pulmonary inflammation can affect cardiovascular, renal, hepatic, and neural functions, highlighting the importance of understanding these systemic interactions.

In this study, a novel double-emission lanthanide MOF fluorescence probe (Eu-Zn-MOF) was designed for monitoring MG in water by post-synthetic modification (PSM) to Zn-MOF synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method. Eu-Zn-MOF exhibits excellent photoluminescence properties, making it suitable as a ratiometric fluorescence sensor (I/I) for the sensitive detection of MG.

This paper proposes a conceptual index system using entropy weight method and coupling coordination degree model for analysis of the coupling coordination relationship between digital economy and tourism economy. After that, the paper introduces the Moran's Index to examines the spatial heterogeneous effects of coupling coordination degree.

In this work, a covalent organic framework (TADM-COF) with high crystallinity and large specific surface area (2597 m g) has been successfully synthesized using 1,3,5-(4-aminophenyl) benzene (TAPB) and 2,5-dimethoxy-p-phenyldiformaldehyde (DMTP). The COF was grown in situ on oxide particles to form core-shell nanocomposites (SiO@TADM COF, FeO@TADM COF and CoO@TADM COF) to realize its function as a shell material. Among them, the CoO@TADM COF with the highest electrochemical response to purine bases was further cross-linked with multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNT) to construct a novel electrochemical sensor (CoO@TADM COF/MWCNT/GCE) for detection of purine bases.

Thiodiglycolic acid (TDGA) in human urine is a specific biomarker of its exposure. TDGA plays an important role in understanding the relationships between exposure to the VCM and the identification of subgroups that are at increased risk for disease diagnosis.

Herein, a highly crystalline polyimide covalent organic framework (TAPM-COF) has been successfully synthesized via a solvothermal route using pyromellitic dianhydride (PMDA) and tris(4-aminophenyl) amine (TAPA), which possessed large specific surface area (2286 m g) and excellent thermal stability. Intriguingly, the crystallinity of the TAPM-COF improved significantly with the increase of water content in the reaction medium.

In this work, a covalent organic framework (TP-COF) was in situ grown on the surface of Sn-MoC nanospheres with nanoflower-like morphology through a one-pot method to obtain the TP-COF@Sn-MoC composite. The prepared composite was used to modify a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) to realize the sensitive detection of levofloxacin.

Introduction: Prolonged exposure of train drivers to thermal discomfort can lead to occupational safety and health (OSH) risks, causing physical and mental injuries. Traditional method of treating human skin as a wall surface fail to observe accurate skin temperature changes or obtain human thermal comfort that adapts to the thermal environment.
Methods: This study employs the Stolwijk human thermal regulation model to investigate and optimize the thermal comfort of train drivers.
The aim of this study was to improve the entrepreneurial performance (EP) and sports morality of college teacher-and-student entrepreneurs (i.e., college entrepreneurs).

In Arabidopsis thaliana, mitochondrial-localized heat-shock cognate protein 70-1 (mtHSC70-1) plays an important role in vegetativegrowth. However, whether mtHSC70-1 affects reproductive growth remains unknown. Here, we found that the mtHSC70-1 gene was expressed in the provascular cells of the embryo proper from the early heart stage onward during embryogenesis.

Recently, interest in age associated changes in the processing of faces has grown rapidly. Due to the lack of older faces stimuli, most previous age-comparative studies only used young faces stimuli, which might cause own-age advantage.
