CD4 T follicular helper (T) cells are essential for orchestrating robust humoral immunity, yet the signals that initiate T cell differentiation are not fully understood. We identified that the adapter protein TRAF3 was required for T cell differentiation and function during systemic inflammatory infections. Loss of CD4 T cell-intrinsic TRAF3 impaired chromatin remodeling and transcriptional programming essential for T cell initiation and instead augmented T1 development and function.

Abiotic stresses such as nitrogen deficiency, drought, and salinity significantly impact coconut production, yet the molecular mechanisms underlying coconut's response to these stresses are poorly understood. MYB proteins, a large and diverse family of transcription factors (TF), play crucial roles in plant responses to various abiotic stresses, but their genome-wide characterization and functional roles in coconut have not been comprehensively explored. This study identified 214 genes (39 1R-MYB, 171 R2R3-MYB, 2 3R-MYB, and 2 4R-MYB) in the coconut genome.

Venetoclax, the first-generation inhibitor of the apoptosis regulator B-cell lymphoma 2 (BCL2), disrupts the interaction between BCL2 and proapoptotic proteins, promoting the apoptosis in malignant cells. Venetoclax is the mainstay of therapy for relapsed chronic lymphocytic leukemia and is under investigation in multiple clinical trials for the treatment of various cancers. Although venetoclax treatment can result in high rates of durable remission, relapse has been widely observed, indicating the emergence of drug resistance.

Train axlebox bearings are subject to harsh service conditions, and the difficulty of diagnosing compound faults has brought greater challenges to the maintenance of high-quality train performance. In this paper, based on the traditional symplectic geometry mode decomposition (SGMD) algorithm, a maximum spectral coherence signal reconstruction algorithm is proposed to extract the intrinsic connection between the SGMD components with the help of the frequency domain coherence idea and reconstruct the key signal components so as to effectively improve the extraction of composite fault features of axlebox bearings under different speed conditions. Firstly, based on the traditional SGMD algorithm, the vibration signal of the axle box is decomposed to extract its symplectic geometry components (SGCs).

Maximum correlation kurtosis deconvolution (MCKD) is an effective means of identifying the periodic impulses of fault signals. However, the multiple input parameters required by MCKD complicate the process of fault diagnosis. To overcome this drawback, a new method for identifying fault types based on a parameter-adaptive MCKD method is proposed.
