This study focuses on building an intelligent decision-making attention mechanism in which the channel relationship and conduct feature maps among specific deep Dense ConvNet blocks are connected to each other. Thus, develop a novel freezing network with a pyramid spatial channel attention mechanism (FPSC-Net) in deep modeling. This model studies how specific design choices in the large-scale data-driven optimization and creation process affect the balance between the accuracy and effectiveness of the designed deep intelligent model.

Studies have identified that mating induces a series of physiological changes in animals. In this period, males tending to invest more energy, immune peptides, and other substances to reduce the cost of living for females. This results in lower survival rates in later life than females.

Forecasting NOx concentration in fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) regeneration flue gas can guide the real-time adjustment of treatment devices, and then furtherly prevent the excessive emission of pollutants. The process monitoring variables, which are usually high-dimensional time series, can provide valuable information for prediction. Although process features and cross-series correlations can be captured through feature extraction techniques, they are commonly linear transformation, and conducted or trained separately from forecasting model.

Water temperature, as an important environmental factor, affects the growth and metabolism of aquatic animals and even their survival. The giant freshwater prawn (GFP) is a kind of warm-water species, and its survival temperature ranges from 18 °C to 34 °C. In this study, we performed transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses to clarify the potential molecular mechanism of responding to low-temperature stress in adult GFP.

To investigate the efficacy of extra-articular biceps tendon supplement (EBS) release in the treatment of valgus knee with severe flexion contracture. We retrospectively studied 27 patients who received EBS release for valgus knee combined with severe flexion contracture from 2018 to 2021. The full-length radiograph of the lower limbs in a standing position was taken before and after the operation, and the tibiofemoral angles before and after the operation were measured on the full-length radiograph of the lower limbs.

Ultrafiltration-high performance liquid chromatography (UF-HPLC) and high resolution biochromatogram (HR-biochromatogram), have been proven to be effective methods for the rapid discovery of enzyme inhibitors in natural medicines. In attempt to conquer false-positive and false- negative screening results, a new multi-stage strategy based on the complementarity of UF-HPLC and HR-biochromatogram has been proposed for the fast screening of tyrosinase inhibitory components using the fibrous root of Bletilla striata as a case study. For the first two stages, UF- HPLC and HR-biochromatogram, were applied individually for the screening of high-affinity tyrosinase ligands and tyrosinase inhibitors.

Medication related osteonecrosis of the jaw (MRONJ) is a condition caused by inhibition of the osteoclast activity by the anti-resorptive and anti-angiogenic drugs. Clinically, there is an exposure of the necrotic bone or a fistula which fails to heal for more than 8 weeks. The adjacent soft tissue is inflamed and pus may be present as a result of the secondary infection.

To investigate the key gut microbiota and metabolites associated with the growth performance of families, 16S rRNA sequencing and LC-MS metabolomic methods were used. In this study, 90 families were bred to evaluate growth performance. After 92 days of culture, high (H), medium (M), and low (L) experimental groups representing three levels of growth performance, respectively, were collected according to the weight gain and specific growth rate of families.

Based on the panel data of provincial units in China from 2000 to 2020, this paper uses the entropy method to calculate agricultural environmental regulation level in China from the perspectives of afforestation projects, water conservancy projects and environmental protection projects. Then, this paper calculates agricultural non-point source pollutant emissions in China by using the unit survey and evaluation method, and calculates agricultural green productivity growth in China by using the SBM directional distance function and Luenberger productivity index. On this basis, the influence of environmental regulation on agricultural green productivity growth in China and its mechanism are empirically analysed.

The principal hallmark of Alzheimer's disease (AD) is neuron mitochondrial dysfunction, whereas mitochondrial miRNAs potentially play important roles. Nevertheless, efficacious mitochondria organelle therapeutic agents for treatment and management of AD are highly advisable. Herein, we report a multifunctional DNA tetrahedron-based mitochondria-targeted therapeutic platform, termed tetrahedral DNA framework-based nanoparticles (TDFNs), which was modified with triphenylphosphine (TPP) for mitochondria-targeting, cholesterol (Chol) for crossing the central nervous system, and functional antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) for both AD diagnosis and gene silencing therapy.

Peptide-based artificial enzymes derived from the supramolecular assembly of short peptides have attracted growing attention in recent years. However, the stability of these artificial enzymes is still a problem since their noncovalent supramolecular structure is quite sensitive and frail under environmental conditions. In this study, we reported a covalent crosslinking strategy for the fabrication of a robust peptide-based artificial esterase.

Clinical studies on heart failure with mildly reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (HFmrEF) have gradually increased. However, studies on the prognostic differences between men and women among patients with HFmrEF are few, and no evidence on sex differences in such patients exists. Therefore, we retrospectively assessed the data of patients with HFmrEF using propensity score-matched analysis (PSMA).

Background: Lymphovascular invasion (LVI) is an invasive biologic behavior that affects the treatment and prognosis of patients with early-stage lung cancer. This study aimed to identify LVI diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers using deep learning-powered 3D segmentation with artificial intelligence (AI) technology.

Methods: Between January 2016 and October 2021, we enrolled patients with clinical T1 stage non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).

Biflavonoids are a kind of polyphenol compounds with numerous biological functions. However, the potential inhibitory activities of biflavonoids on α-glucosidase are yet unknown. Here, the inhibitory effects of two biflavonoids (amentoflavone and hinokiflavone) on α-glucosidase and their interaction mechanisms were explored using multispectral approaches and molecular docking.

Graph representation is an important part of graph clustering. Recently, contrastive learning, which maximizes the mutual information between augmented graph views that share the same semantics, has become a popular and powerful paradigm for graph representation. However, in the process of patch contrasting, existing literature tends to learn all features into similar variables, i.
