Despite the revolutionary impact of AlphaFold3 on structural biology, this model's capability in predicting noncanonical cyclic peptides remains unexplored. Given the clinical significance of cyclic peptides containing unnatural residues as a therapeutic modality, we present the first systematic evaluation of AlphaFold3 for this class of molecules. To facilitate benchmarking, we developed an automated input pipeline to streamline AlphaFold3 predictions for cyclic peptides.

Therefore, this study selected Evotherm surface-active additive to investigate its impact on the properties of recycled asphalt binder and its corresponding mixture, compared and analyzed the differences between road properties of hot-mix RAM and warm-mix RAM, focusing on the water stability of warm-mix RAM and the safety mechanism of warm-mix additive. The results revealed that while Evotherm did not significantly alter the penetration, softening point, or ductility of recycled SBSMA, it enhanced the surface energy and aggregate adhesion.

Although magnesium (Mg)-based biomimetic scaffolds are widely utilized for bone defect repair, the release of Mg²⁺ ions often leads to an alkaline microenvironment, thereby adversely affecting bone regeneration. Regenerative medicine strategies that leverage the recruitment of endogenous bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells (BMSCs) offer a novel approach to treating bone defects.

The study used calcium carbide slag to dealkalize it, and analyzed the changes in mineral particles in RM using a CT scan. It then evaluated the stabilization effects of different materials and explored the mechanism of RM solidification through analysis of micro-mechanisms.

Sawdust is the cutting tailings produced during stone processing, which is difficult to deal with and has a huge stock. Therefore, it is particularly important to enhance the comprehensive utilization of sawdust. The aim of this study was to synergistically utilize sawdust with other industrial wastes (fly ash, silt, and red mud), add cement as a curing agent to prepare modified sawdust, and analyze its performance through an unconfined compressive strength test, dry and wet cycle tests, and SEM.

This paper introduces emerging dung beetle optimizer (DBO) algorithm and establishes DBO-BP (back-propagation) model, at the same time, it is compared with a series of heuristic algorithms coupled with BP neural network models: PSO (particle swarm optimization) - BP model, WOA (whale optimization algorithm) - BP model, and SSA (sparrow search algorithm) - BP model. Then they are applied to evaluate the hazard of goafs, the result shows that the DBO-BP model gets the highest train set accuracy, which is at least 2.

Background: Cytophagic histiocytic panniculitis (CHP) is a rare panniculitis associated with systemic features characterized by the infiltration of subcutaneous adipose tissue by benign-appearing T lymphocytes and phagocytic histiocytes, mimicking hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH) and subcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTCL).
Purpose: To establish the clinicopathological features and response to treatment of CHP and evaluate the prognosis of patients and guide therapy based on the current state of knowledge.
Material And Methods: Clinical, laboratory, histopathological, and outcome data of 12 patients with CHP were retrospectively collected between 2009 and 2022.
The modifying effects of polymer on bitumen low-temperature performance are substantially compromised by the thermal breakdown of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) polymer during bitumen mixture production operations. The efficacy of the utilization of Sasobit/waste cooking oil (Sasobit/WCO) as a warm-mix additive has been demonstrated in mitigating the adverse consequences of thermal aging on SBR-modified bitumen binder (SB) while preserving the binder's original performance characteristics. However, few studies have been conducted to further investigate the rheological properties and aging resistance of SB modified with Sasobit/WCO compounds.

Sulforaphane (SFN) has been shown to have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. In this study, we investigated the effects of SFN on a mouse model of psoriasis induced by imiquimod (IMQ) and its underlying molecular mechanism.

In this study, GC patients were divided into two subtypes by consensus clustering according to T cell-mediated tumor killing related genes (TTKRGs), and there were significant differences in tumor-infiltrating immune cells, signaling pathways, and gene expression of immunomodulators and inhibitory immune checkpoints between the two subtypes. Then, we developed an individualized signature based on TTKRGs, and its clinical and predictive value in GC patients for chemotherapeutic and immunotherapeutic responses was assessed.

Pedestrian trajectory prediction is an important technique of autonomous driving. In order to accurately predict the reasonable future trajectory of pedestrians, it is inevitable to consider social interactions among pedestrians and the influence of surrounding scene simultaneously, which can fully represent the complex behavior information and ensure the rationality of predicted trajectories obeyed realistic rules. In this article, we propose one new prediction model named social soft attention graph convolution network (SSAGCN), which aims to simultaneously handle social interactions among pedestrians and scene interactions between pedestrians and environments.

In this study, three different components of WCO were isolated and then, together with polyphosphoric acid (PPA), used separately as bitumen modifiers to determine the suitability of various substances in WCO with PPA. Conventional tests, including penetration, softening point temperature, and ductility, and the dynamic shear rheology (DSR) test, including temperature sweep and frequency sweep, were used to evaluate the influence of WCO/PPA on the traditional performance and rheological properties at high and low temperatures.

The genetic diversity and differentiation of Lilium formolongi Hort. lines in self-inbred early generations were studied by allozyme electrophoresis. The results showed that mean allele number/locus, percentage of polymorphic loci, average observed heterozygosity and average expected heterozygosity were decreased with the increment of self-inbred generations.
