Introduction: Ling-Gui-Zhu-Gan Decoction (LGZGD), one of the first batches of classical Chinese prescriptions formally recognized by the Chinese government, has a long-standing history of clinical application and significant potential for modern development. However, the chemical composition and content of different types of pharmaceutical preparations are not clear.

Methods: This study aimed to develop an analytical approach integrating HPLC and UHPLC-Q-Orbitrap/MS to comprehensively characterize the chemical constituents of LGZGD across different preparation stages and to investigate its pharmacodynamic basis in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris (UA) using network pharmacology.

Methods: This study included 209 PD patients with regular follow-ups from January 2021 to January 2023. Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI).

Objective: The objective of this study was to explore the value of Nutritional Risk Screening 2002 (NRS2002) and Subjective Global Assessment (SGA) scores in diagnosing malnutrition in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).

Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted on 87 patients with CKD admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to July 2024. Patient demographics were collected, and patients were grouped based on age, using 60 years as the cut-off.

Methods: A retrospective analysis of 2,441 patients with aortic aneurysm or dissection from the MIMIC IV and eICU-CRD databases was performed.

Background: This study investigated the effects of phototherapy on serum BH4 levels, evoked potentials, and cognitive impairment in post-stroke depression patients.

Methods: We conducted a prospective study with 160 post-stroke depression patients, randomly assigned to an experimental group receiving daily 40 min of phototherapy alongside routine treatment, and a control group receiving only routine treatment. Serum tetrahydrobiopterin (BH4) levels were measured via ELISA.

Methods: A systematic search was performed using the following eight databases from their inception to July 5, 2023: PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, Clinical Trials, China Knowledge Network, Wan fang Data, and the China Biology Medicine databases.

Purpose: To investigate the therapy effect of minimally invasive fourth-ventricle hematoma removal (MIFHR) for patients with intraventricular hemorrhage (IVH) casting and the influence of feedback early rehabilitation on post-operative neurological function.

Methods: Eighty patients with IVH casting were enrolled from January 2019 to December 2020 in this retrospective study. Forty patients receiving MIFHR with feedback early rehabilitation were divided into the observational group, while the others receiving bilateral external ventricular drainage with traditional rehabilitation were divided into the control group.
