Background: Due to differences in drug efficacy, the risk of adverse reactions, and individual differences between patients, clinicians face significant challenges in terms of selecting drugs for the treatment of depression. We evaluated hepatotoxicity in two novel regimens against the standard shorter regimen recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Methods: Participants from the TB-TRUST and TB-TRUST plus trials were assigned to the WHO shorter regimen, a levofloxacin (Lfx)-based regimen, or a bedaquiline (Bdq)-based regimen.
Immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI)-induced myocarditis involves intensive immune/inflammation activation; however, its molecular basis is unclear.
