Polymer dielectrics with superior high-temperature capacitive energy storage capabilities have become increasingly crucial for modern power systems and high-voltage electrical devices. Current polymer dielectrics, however, suffer from high conduction losses when exposed to high temperatures and electric fields, which significantly impede their ability to achieve high discharge energy density () and efficiency (). Herein, fluorene polyester (FPE) nanocomposites incorporating ultra-low content AlO nanoplates (NPLs) are presented.

This study aimed to investigate the efficacy of a multifunctional gelatin-based (MG) film in retaining flavor, delaying quality deterioration, and extending the shelf life of fresh-cut navel oranges. Basic quality indicators demonstrated that MG film packaging effectively maintained the appearance and texture of fresh-cut navel oranges, reduced water loss and microbial growth, and extended the freshness period compared to unpacked samples and PE film.

The results showed that the structure of P/CD films was more uniform and denser compared to pullulan films, due to the good compatibility and intermolecular interaction between them. Among P/CD films, P/CD 6:1 film showed improved hydrophobicity, mechanical and barrier properties, and thermal stability, thereby selecting it for further use.

When improperly activated, it can contribute to heart failure processes such as cardiac hypertrophy, fibrosis, stiffening of arteries, inflammation, and oxidative stress. MR antagonists (MRAs) have shown clear clinical benefits in patients with heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF).

CDOS with degrees of polymerization of 3-6 was first obtained by degradation of curdlan with hydrogen peroxide and then grafted with CA using a free radical-mediated method under an ultrasonication-assisted Fenton system. The thermal stability and antioxidant ability of CDOS were enhanced after grafting with CA.

The results showed that the physicochemical properties of the multi-active packaging were closely related to the addition of NATA and EGCG. It was found that NATA and EGCG were embedded in the CS/pectin matrix through intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions.

Materials And Methods: This is a retrospective study. From January 2019 to July 2019, patients with preoperative thyroid ultrasound data and postoperative pathological results were enrolled, which were divided into two groups: lower risk group (ACR TI-RADS 1, 2 and 3) and higher risk group (ACR TI-RADS 4 and 5).
Ultrasonication (US)-assisted Fenton-system (US-Fenton) with different US time was developed for synthesizing chitosan (CS)-ferulic acid (FA) conjugates. The optimal US-Fenton for a suitable time was selected for preparing a film with CS-FA conjugate and its structural, functional, rheological, and physical properties were also investigated. Compared with Fenton-system, US-Fenton enhanced the grafting ratio of the conjugates, which increased firstly and then decreased as US time.
