RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) data were obtained from sorted HSCs, followed by weighted gene co-expression network analysis (WGCNA) to identify differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and key transcriptional modules. Principal component analysis (PCA) and heatmaps revealed significant differences between the groups, highlighting a predominant upregulation of gene expression during aging and a more suppressive gene expression profile under DR.

The receptor for advanced glycation end-products (RAGE) plays an important role in chronic pain and psychosis by recognizing ligands, including S100B. Therefore, we speculate that RAGE may be involved in astrocyte regulation of the comorbidity between CIP and anxiety by recognizing S100B.

The gut microbiota plays a significant role in bacterial infection, but its relationship and predictive capacity with infectious complications in DLBCL are unknown.
Methods: We performed 16S rRNA gene sequencing of fecal samples collected from 41 patients with newly diagnosed DLBCL at baseline, after every two cycles of standard immunochemotherapy, during infection, and after infection recovery.
Hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT) is an important therapy for many hematological malignancies as well as some non-malignant diseases. Post-transplant hematopoiesis is affected by multiple factors, and the mechanisms of delayed post-transplant hematopoiesis remain poorly understood. Patients undergoing HCT often suffer from significantly reduced food intake due to complications induced by preconditioning treatments.

We null the diffraction phase and increase the sensitivity of the interferometer by combining Bragg diffraction with Bloch oscillations. We demonstrate agreement between experiment and theory, and a 1500-fold reduction of the diffraction phase, limited by measurement noise.
