A novel low-power delay time cancellation (LPDTC) technique and a current ratio adjustment (CRA) method are proposed for designing high-precision relaxation oscillators. These methods effectively reduce the impacts of comparator delay time, offset voltage, and temperature-induced variations in resistors. To validate these methods, we have designed and simulated an 8 MHz open-loop relaxation oscillator using a 40 nm CMOS process. The oscillator, incorporating these advanced methods, achieves a line sensitivity of 0.38%/V and a temperature sensitivity of 43 ppm/°C over a temperature range of -40 °C to 125 °C.

This study integrates machine learning (ML) and density functional theory (DFT) to systematically investigate the oxygen electrocatalytic activity of two-dimensional (2D) TM(HXBHYB) (HX/YB = HIB (hexaaminobenzene), HHB (hexahydroxybenzene), HTB (hexathiolbenzene), and HSB (hexaselenolbenzene)) metal-organic frameworks (MOFs). By coupling transition metals (TM) with the above ligands, stable 2D TM(HXBHYB)@MOF systems were constructed. The Random Forest Regression (RFR) model outperformed the others, revealing the intrinsic relationship between the physicochemical properties of 2D TM(HXBHYB)@MOF and their ORR/OER overpotentials.

Methods: We propose a hybrid RCBAM-TCN-LSTM architecture enhanced with a teacher-student knowledge distillation mechanism. The Residual Convolutional Block Attention Module (RCBAM) serves as the teacher network to extract high-dimensional spatial features via residual structures and channel-spatial attention.
