Background: Antithrombotic strategies after percutaneous coronary interventions (PCI) in elderly patients on oral anticoagulant therapy (OAT) are debated due to the balance between ischemic and bleeding risks. Recent guidelines recommend early transitioning from triple antithrombotic therapy to dual antithrombotic therapy, but there are limited data on elderly patients.
Methods: We performed a age-specific analysis of the PERSEO Registry population aimed to compare clinical features, therapeutic strategies, and outcomes of individuals aged ≥ 80 years and < 80 years who were on OAT and underwent PCI with stent.

Background: The present study aimed to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy versus placebo plus chemotherapy for patients with previously untreated locally recurrent inoperable or metastatic triple-negative breast cancer from the perspective of the Chinese healthcare system.
Methods: A Markov model was developed to track patients' transitions over 3-week cycles and evaluate the health and economic outcomes over a 10-year horizon for the two competing treatments. The survival data were gathered from the KEYNOTE-355 trial, and cost and utility values were obtained from the published studies.

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) was a highly aggressive and metastatic subtype of breast cancer characterized by a poor prognosis and limited treatment options. Clarifying the underlying molecular mechanisms was of significant clinical importance. In this study, we We plotted Kaplan-Meier survival curves based on data from the Human Cancer Database and found that elevated CYPJ expression increased patient mortality risk and decreased survival rates.

Using an Earth-abundant transition metal to mediate formation and splitting of C-C σ-bonds, in response to electrical stimuli, constitutes a promising strategy to construct complex organic skeletons. Here, we showcase how [ BuN][N] reacts with an isocyanide adduct of a tetrahedral and high-spin Ti complex, [(Tp )TiCl] (1), to enact N-atom transfer, C-N bond formation, and C-C coupling, to form a dinuclear complex, [(Tp )Ti{AdN(N)C-C(N)NAd}Ti(Tp )] (3), with two Ti ions bridged by a disubstituted oxalimidamide ligand ( Bu = -butyl, Tp = hydrotris(3--butyl-5-methylpyrazol-1-yl)borate, Ad = 1-adamantyl).
